I had always bet with mark Jarvis and don noble betting independent bookies to a good deal of success over the last 25 years. Winnings paid with a smile . However Jennings bet took the independent shops over and instantly banned me from betting with them ever again
The staff members were tupe across and the staff hate the bosses of Jennings. They now even have to clock in and have permission to lay even a small bet . Stay well away from Jennings bet . A terrible company

I was a customer of yours for some years until last week because of the service I went up to put abet on and two people rushed up put their bets on the till point they got served before me so I lost a winner and forecast over this but this is not the first time this has happened the same 2 people have done this no end of times not only to me but to other customers who you have lost good customers who lay out good money for these two people they get better service than anyone because they fetch in sweets and other things for your staff I think that this is disgusting

I tried to sign up to Jennings online site and after signing up it turned into sloth bet what the hell is going on

Just started using them. Cant fault the service. Bets were accepted within 30 seconds and payouts were instant. People just leave bad reviews when they lose money. I Would recommend this company to anyone

Was fortunate enough to win today in the Victoria branch (London) however when I requested politely to the person behind the desk that I did not want my winnings in £50 notes as they are not accepted in many places, the surly lady behind the desk screwed up a £50 note, threw it on the floor in a weird child like strop and proceeded to verbally abuse me because I had taken the rest of her £20 notes and this was a major problem apparently.

I was quite taken aback by her attitude but wished her a pleasant day nonetheless because kindness cost nothing, she decided to take this as some form of abuse and shouted and swore me as I was walking out the shop. I am not a prevalent bettor so I am sure that Jennings bet will not do anything about this. However when I do decide to go and place a bet again, it will not be with this shower of a company.

Gaming commission need to step in and a immediate investigation on all venues ! Its the same wherever you go ! This isn't gambling ' its a complete rip off !! To the core !!

Do not play the slot machines at any cost!! Very bad payouts, the games are skipping bonuses tens of times in a row and even they are not paying properly in the bonus games when you finally got them. You can lose thousands of pounds and the machines are struggling to pay even 200£! And these all are 500£ win limit machines! This is ridiculous. They must lose their licence and this slot machines must be banned as well everywhere as this is not normal to be happening. I'm glad that I will not step again in this shops. I have records of the time and the shop location. The gambling commission must step in and investigate. Waiting for a response from them....

Machine froze during a long awaited feature .
Rebooted but feature lost - complained and said only the money at the start of the feature was lost .£6
Continued to play and winning did not transfer to balance - showed staff they agreed but again rebotted losing £31
Been give the run around been back twice and no joy -
All these machines are monitored so they know exactly what was lost .

Fobts absolutely nailed to the floor. This firm like the rest of them are done and they have only got themselves to blame. Pure greed can't get decent bet on, but you can stand in front of a slot and do thousands. Vermin!!!

Overall I have put about £300 in the slots at jennings... not 1 bonus or payout above £10. Company are absolute scammers, save your money and avoid this scummy company! They should be shut down.

In Camden one of the staff was so rude for no reason. It's plain for them to see that they hate the people who pay there wages m. He made a comment like. Why are you coming here? There's plenty of other shops.
They hate their jobs and they hate people playing slots.

Shop didn't close until 9.30pm and the guy behind the counter emptied the machines at 8pm saying I can't fill them up again and was very aggressive about it.Do Jennings hand pick those people for there charisma???

whent to the shop for some footballe coupens as i do a lot on football the staff moan when ask for them they just been taken over from mark jarvis staff rude one staff talks load so every one in shop can hear her in shop three staff think they own it it if you talk to them then they tell oother people what you said know not many go in them if was a difrent one i use it

Rude staff 20+ punters in the shop can’t get a bet on because they are outside smoking and chatting. When asked if i could put a bet on they laughed and said they were saving me money.new addington. I’ve sent an email to info@joejennings

Absolutely disgraceful customer service!!!!!!!!!!

Query for a shop bet over the phone and i couldn't get a word in edgeways. I Was told i was trying it on and good luck taking it further. Rude would be an understatement, i've used Jennings for a few years now and i will not return to bet again. I also know a lot of people in the game and will advise they do the same. Their loss for unbelievably poor service.
