Over seas videos of horse racing not even live ( twice now South African and Italy) once I actually won a bet, screens freeze staff have no idea why but told I’ve lost my bet, and no results are presented on any screens historically or futuristicly, no in store or on screen evidence of results just on the day or within 24 hours, just “you’ve lost” when I check with the race courses direct no racemeetings that day, vile

Have not played a fobt in years and today's visit has only reinforced my opinion that their fobts are 100% criminal, need investigating.

Been in bracknell high street to Jennings and must say this is the kindest girl i ever seen in a betting shop. Very friendly and super service !! I don't know her name but she's fantastic if it's good it may also be said. Keep up with thé Great service.
If i am back over there next June i be going again for betting.

I am writing this bad review in jennings high road wembley..This is the worse betting shop I ever been to play I am playing there for many years now..First I used to play only bingo game they don't give nothing..And they have slots machine to all machine r set not to win..I was playing there 777burn up game the wheel is going every time on one or two you can make out how this machine r all set..They take all my money for many years now given me nothing..They don't deserve not even one rating star

My fav betting company by a long way, kind happy helpful staff great for helping me get started a few yrs ago as i was a bit of a novice, i wudnt bet anywhere else tried the others they dont come close, for me.
My only complaint is i wish there was more of them around the country.

Absolutely appalling customer service from a lady called Toni her attitude is disgusting how this company employ a rude staff and honestly I get more sense talking to my 8month old nephew, she works in the Epping branch been going to ladbrokes further along the high road recently and it’s not just me I’ve spoke to a number of people who say they don’t go in there because of her and her attitude it’s about time Jennings looks into it’s staff as I certainly won’t be going back in thst shop whilst she works for them!!!

Was enticed in by a screen advert in their window. Three teams to win in the champions league at 15-1.
Lady behind the counter asked me what it said and I told her. She wrote the slip for me. £5 to win. When I went to collect today they refused to pay out. Said it was a handicap, although there was no small print. Daylight robbery. Thieves.

Such a poor company to bet with, they take bets when they think it will lose, then when it wins won’t accept the same type of bet referring to terms and conditions. There’s lots of better more reliable companies out there that will offer a better service.

Just started using Joe Jennings only been using them a few days but excellent feedback so far you can actually ring up and speak to somebody who speaks English very easy to use, you can use their Telegram service and finally money back in the account in absolutely no time .be wary of you’re quinnbets. And Betway etc who have moronic twits working there and can’t speak to you. Plus there extra place races they were paying 5 places one race at ascot one non runner and the idiotsknock you fifth place and an extra price races. You don’t get best odds guaranteed so my suggestion is stick to a proper English company like Jo Jennings

On wed afternoon 22/03/23 was placing bets on the machine in Jennings Lower RD London SE16 , after using my credit card putting credit to the machine 3 times amounting to £ 250
Decided to have one last go went to the counter to put £20 on ,it wasn't busy one of the 2 young ladies behind the counter was asleep when I ask the other to put my cash on she became insulting asking why don't I just make one trip to the counter
I told her if it's to much for her to take my cash I'll go elsewhere,it was then the other lady woke from her slumber and gave me a mouthful of abuse
I WOULD LIKE TO THANK JENNINGS AND THEIR STAFF , AS AN ADDICTED GAMBLER THIS INCIDENT FINALLY CURED ME OF MY ADDICTION

You have a member of staff that smokes and he kindly goes outside to smoke

Longstanding on line customer never had a problem using site, depositing/withdrawing etc UNTIL it came to contacting customer support.
I received an email requesting further account verification details because I had hit a deposit/withdrawal threshold apparently. Sent my reply off only for it to be returned as blocked by their security settings even though it is my registered email address and previously used with jenningsbet. Attempted several times with no luck. Went onto my account page and used KYc page to upload with no issues but then received a further email which I was prevented from replying to and so this amateur company have suspended my account and I have no way of contacting them by telephone or live chat which is a basic customer service provided by professional gambling sites in the 21st century.
I have now had to use a works email address to try to contact them. Awaiting response. I won't be holding my breath.

Laughable. And I actually did have a little chuckle to myself. 5 minutes ago I opened an account with Jenningsbet. No 'Welcome Offer' which is bizarre, but anyway. It took me to the deposit page where I got a 503 error. So, I signed in again and clicked on the deposit button. At this point it directed me to contact customer service, then advised me my session had timed out (after all of 90 seconds). When I tried to log back in I was advised that my account had been closed. 🤣 Never had a Jenningsbet account before so not quite sure why they don't like me. Trustpilot should allow a 0 star award just for these clowns. Although, having read the reviews that aren't clearly fake I'd say I got lucky.

Hi went to ur shop today to collect my winner bet .got there no combination tricast put in so had to be worked out .you have new management he was help full.but he could not put in would not let him.had a none runner in one race so he phoned head office and told him they ring him back no one phoned back waited 45 mins no joy .this first time had issues with this service. Hope its sorted tomorrow.

I've never seen cards like it. I've closed my account. Constantly losing hand after hand is out of order. You get 20 dealer hits 21. You double down on 11 and get a 2 or 3
