Obviously very nervous about sending my dog Milllie on a plane, especially with the overnight in Sydney before arriving in Wellington via Auckland NZ. Awesome communication from Jetpets throughout the pre-boarding and flight experience. Millie arrived slightly earlier in Wellington than expected but we were notified.
The only small negative I will note is the required testing for animal transfer. Totally understandable, but for me to get to the Jetpets facility near Sydney airport, it was about 1 and 1/2 hours in traffic. Would be great if there were satellite vet partners throughout Sydney. But it wasn't a biggie at the end of the day. Main thing was the care given to Millie, which was exemplary. Thanks to Gayelene and the very friendly Sydney team (esp the driver that came to pick her up at 6am! Very kind man).

Every step of the process was made easier through dealing with JetPets. We were particularly impressed with the professionalism of Mandy P who provided the initial guidance right through to final transportation/paperwork arrangements, in a timely, efficient manner. The entire process was seamless and the JetPets team provided a high level of care throughout, resulting in a stress-free experience. We would definitely recommend and use JetPets again.

I just moved back to Spain from Sydney, before the fight I was very worried about my little girl - she's a toy caboodle. She had to travel for several days, different fights, cities, etc. but honestly I just recommend Jetpets 1000% they kept me posted for every move she was having, every vet check, flight change, just everything. They also answered to my emails in a very short time, explaining every step of the process.
We made it home successfully and my dog was just happy when I saw her, not fear, no stress or any behaviour that I can be concern about it.
If you are a human that deeply cares about your pet, believe me, with this guys your pet is going to be in VERY good hands.

We have flown our dog, Boston, from Australia to Canada TWICE with JetPets. On both occasions JetPets were professional, organised, communicative, but most importantly, empathetic to a family trying to relocate their beloved (and anxious, and not always a “friends with other strange dogs” kind of dog…) dog to the other side of the world (twice…). JetPets had it under control from start to finish, and we would have no concerns about flying Boston or another dog around the world again as long as JetPets were involved. If you’re worried about flying your animal - speak to JetPets and rest assured they will do everything they can to get them where they’re going safely, and keep us humans calm along the way. Thanks JetPets!

From the quotation conversation I instantly felt at ease and that this was the company I wanted to use to send my dog Lyla home to the UK. I popped into their facility early to collect the crate for training and for her rabies jab, the vet was absolutely lovely and reassuring and all staff I dealt with on that day were fab.

Katie has been a fountain of knowledge and reassurance through out the whole process giving us plenty of info and time to complete paperwork and answering all my questions I. A very thorough and timely manner.

The person that came to collect Lyla was very lovely and warm and put us at ease.

We got very thorough info after Lyla’s fit to fly check which she passed but was also comments about her nature and how she is obviously a well loved pet. This put us at ease like you wouldn’t imagine.

Before her flight we got a little pic of her she looked so so happy and a report of what she had been upto.

Whilst we didn’t get anything from her layover, we had flown at the exact same time anyway so we had no idea at of accessing internet anyway so this was fine.

Georgina was our contact at Manchester and she was very informative and the same as everyone else warm and friendly and answered all our questions very quickly.

Georgina was there when we collected Lyla and was so helpful with breaking down the crate etc which she really didn’t have to do and this allowed myself and my partner to be reunited with Lyla which was amazing after a few days apart.

I cannot thank this company and the people I dealt with directly enough, everyone we spoke to was just so helpful and reassuring and kind it really meant a lot and helps reassure you that your pet really is in the best hands. Jet Pets will be the company we will always recommend to others for anyone else doing the big move. We are a couple of days into our new life at home and Lyla is absolutely loving it, she settled in very quickly which I can only say must have been due to the smooth transition, while I don’t doubt that the journey must have been a lot for her, the treatment of her by Jet Pets was so amazing that she has just settled so easily.

JetPets offered exemplary services from start to finish, whether it was the customer service, the veterinary staff or the cargo teams they were super passionate about pets and their welfare. I felt they kept me informed throughout my dogs journey which provided great piece of mind.

Jetpets (and in particular, Jessica Cinque) is absolutely incredible. I had several personal issues arise during the process of bringing my cats from Australia to Canada, but every time an issue arose, Jessica sprung into action and swiftly resolved it for me. Jessica was my travel agent and her communication, kindness, and willingness to help was absolutely outstanding. She went above and beyond to make this process as smooth and as stress-free as possible for myself and my 2 cats (see photos). My phone calls and emails were always answered promptly, and she met all my needs with no hesitation. She was extremely knowledgeable of everything during the process, and constantly checked-in with me and provided me with updates. I appreciate all of Jessica's hard work and would recommend Jetpets to anyone that has travelling pets/animals.

We moved our boy (cat) from the NSW Southern Highlands to northern Tasmania - a slightly tricky move as he was in boarding at his vets. I was able to arrange everything easily with Kira, our consultant and nothing was left to chance. Jetpets were able to pick him up from boarding and fly him to Launceston. He had first class care all the way. We were updated about how he was travelling at every step and we particularly loved the pre-flight note (with photos) that let us know how his night in boarding with Jetpets went. Pick-up at Launceston was very easy and he didn't seem at all fazed by the experience. Warmly recommended service. Well done, Jetpets!

This is the second time I have used Jetpets. First for our maine coon from Melbourne to Parabadoo in remote WA, and now from Brisbane to Geraldton WA. The breeder had three of her pups go to their forever homes this month through Jetpets and we all agree that you are exceptional with your care and love for our furbabies.

Lots of communication throughout the process and during travel too. Thank you, as they say about dog training, it is often more about the owner than the dog. My Pippa is home and we are very grateful for all you did. Thank you.

It was our first time with many peoples emotional involved from her real owner , fostering mom , rescue organisation, myself and Lilian 11.5 year old Greyhound with the limping broken legged from the racing.

We all had been thru a lot already to try to make her final year as best as we can and Jetpets made everything so much more easier within 3 days especially before Xmas busy time.

So thank you from the bottom of our hearts and four paws of Lilian now she stating to settle after that life transition. 🙏🏻🌺

If I could write a 10 star review, I would.
I have a particularly anxious cat and I was very nervous to have her travel overseas to her new home. From the moment I reached out to JetPets, right up until Holly entered our apartment, JetPets have been beyond impressive with their communication, question answering (I had MANY), and how they handled Holly when they met her. Holly arrived happy and curious to explore - thanks to their efforts.
Their updates were so reassuring. I cannot recommend them high enough. Shoutout to Kira and Jessica - legends. Holly and her family are so grateful!!!

I moved my cat from Australia to the UK with JetPets, and they were amazing from the get-go. Communication was clear throughout the entire process, and questions were answered promptly.
In terms of transport, the updates provided throughout the trip were great - reassuring to see he was handling the relocation well, especially as he was in transit for quite a while (and was in boarding a few days either end).
If I ever need to relocate an animal again, I'll definitely be returning to JetPets :)

Jetpets were excellent in arranging collection of my two Boston Terriers (Billy & Roxy) from Mickleham Quarantine Facility Melbourne to Jetpets Eagle Farm Queensland on the 09/12/2023. Flight details, photo's and welfare updates were provided. I am confident to recommend Jetpets and thank them for their outstanding service.

Jet pets was amazing in helping transfer my cat overseas. Sherol was amazing - from prompt email answers both here and when we got to Australia. She really helped me with organising the best flight time for me . The handler that came to my house was also great . She made an effort ( a large one ) to come very early from Auckland and has been amazing in taking Momo away. Trully knows how not to make pets distressed. Jet pets later gave regular updates regarding Momo which I truly appreciate. The other aspect that I love is that they organised a a vet visit too. The whole trip was carefully planned to give plenty of breaks and to make sure your pet does not get distressed with new surroundings . They gave cuddles !!! I know this is true as I never seen Momo more relaxed than when I picked her up in Australia. I cannot recommend this company enough. Very professional too .

I used Jetpets to help facilitate my Pomeranian moving from Melbourne to Portugal. With many things going on in my private life such as running a business and going through a divorce, I was so fortunate to have Jordi assist me. Jordi made things so easy, advising step by step what to do and what paperwork was needed. Jetpets made things simple for me by dealing with the Portuguese side of things. Our journey of relocating from Australia to Ireland was significantly eased thanks to Jetpets, a recommendation from our moving company. Right from our initial interaction with Kaye to the updates from Montana, I was deeply comforted by the professionalism and care demonstrated towards our beloved dog. The entire process, including the vet's home visit, was handled with remarkable expertise. The staff members at Jetpets not only showed immense care for our pet but also provided us with great advice based on their experience in international animal transport. The assurance and support we received until our dog safely arrived in Ireland was excellent. I would certainly endorse Jetpets for anyone considering moving pets overseas. In fact, should we face another relocation, Jetpets would be our first choice, knowing our dog will receive the best possible care during the transport.

Jetpets were fantastic helping us prepare our dog Alba, for the move from Melbourne to London. They took great care of him and provided lots of updates whilst he was travelling. I can’t recommend them enough! Claire S.

Jetpets moved our dog and cat from Melbourne to Glasgow. From the outset the service was excellent. Gayelene answered all queries speedily and we were very reassured by her sunny attitude. The Jetpets portal made the filling in of the required forms straighforward and again Gayelene quickly resolved any queries. The collection service was excellent and flexible as our pets had to be picked up from two different addresses.
Our cat was boarded for a week before departure and we were sent updates and some lovely pictures. He looked totally at home.
Both pets seemed relaxed throughout the process and were certainly very chilled when we picked them up an hour and a half after landing.
We had quotes from a number of companies and Jetpets were the cheapest by some way. We were happy to go with Jetpets as the reviews are so good. I cannot imagine what additional services other companies might be offering to justify the additional costs as the service we received from Jeppets and Gayelene was excellent.

Jetpets moved our two cats from Townsville to Brisbane. They quoted cheaper than the alternatives we looked at, the entire move was hassle free, communication was excellent, and the cats arrived safe and sound. Would have no issues using Jetpets again for a pet relocation.
