Jetpets were excellent to deal with from start to finish. They made the process of transporting our two cats from Australia to the UK seamless. No question was too silly to ask and they constantly reassured us throughout the process. The communication with the UK based company on the other side was also great, our two cats arrived as and when they were expected. They also seemed a lot happier than I expected them to be after such a long journey!

Making an international move with kids and pets is never going to be easy but Jetpets took the stress out of transporting our boy Finn. Danielle was fantastic from start to finish. We had a quick turn around time and Danielle helped us get everything sorted. I never felt worried that something would go wrong because everything was so nicely organised.

Was Jetpets the cheapest quote, no but it also wasn’t the most expensive. They were helpful over the phone in helping me understand the pricing and everything was included from picking Finn up in Australia and their agent in the UK clearing him through customs. Ultimately we went with Jetpets because their quote was inclusive of everything, they were prompt at answering queries, and everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable about the whole process making me feel at ease.

Jetpets helped us reunite with our dog from Sydney to Dublin. The whole process was incredibly smooth and we always felt kept in the loop. If anyone is considering moving their animal overseas I’d highly recommend as Kaye and Jordi were incredible!

Jet Pets were very professional and very caring when my cat was travelling to Tasmania. They let me know if there were any delays of flights and kept me up to date with my cats travelling.

Firstly, the agent I dealt with in the beginning, Kaye White, was able to answer all my questions right off the bat which left me feeling very confident to have my pet being transported by them. She left on holiday and handed me over to Jessica Cinque who was also delightful. Jetpets were great at communicating promptly and very helpful with any concerns I had. They also include the fees for processing in the UK instead of adding it as an extra fee. Jack had skinned his nose en-route to Dubai, but they promptly let me know by sending me photo's so that I could see as well as what I can use to help it to heal once he landed in the UK. They did also advise me that it was quite common as dogs bark and as they bark, they rub their noses on the front door of the crate. I enjoyed every part of the process with them. Thank you for making the process easy for me & Jack and for being so stellar!

Our cat George made his way from Melbourne Australia to Amsterdam in the Netherlands. Although I was very worried, I could not have been any happier with the service. The communication and care for George has been excellent and George arrived in The Netherlands very happy and chill. It took him only an hour or two to get used to his new home and he is all settled in now, not even a week after the big move. We paid $5.6K which is not cheap, but I would recommend JetPets to anyone making a move like this!

I contacted two companies about flying our puppy Alba from Melbourne to Perth. Jacinta from Jetpets was in touch within half an hour (still haven’t heard from the other company). Ludovico (British Shorthair) and Vittorio (Scottish Shorthair) travelled from Sydney to Milan (Italy). Jetpet helped us to make the relocation smooth and comfortable. Our fantastic rep, Chloe, promptly replied to our questions and provided a seamless customer service experience. The Sydney team was very caring and supportive. They delivered photos and videos of the cats while waiting for plane boarding.

We cannot fault the service we experienced with Jetpets! We moved our British Shorthair from the UK to Melbourne. The information provided was clear, the team (especially Anita) were caring and responsive. They dealt with challenges calmly (not caused by them but by the embargo of travel through Qatar) and sought alternative plans for travel swiftly. Very grateful!

Jetpets relocated my dog from Australia to Poland. I got plenty of information in advance to prepare for the flight. Our agent is an excellent communicator and responded to all of my questions. Pick-up was on time, I received text and photo updates. The dog arrived a little bit tired (which is expected after such a long journey) but in good health. Thanks to the whole team for looking after my doggy!

I used Jetpets to ship my cat from Adelaide to the Gold Coast and the process was very straightforward. The costs were reasonable, and on the day everything went smoothly and I was able to pick up my cat from the Gold Coast airport.
