I ordered wading repair kit. It was despatched immediately, but Royal Mail took a week to arrive. In the meantime I emailed to say it hadn't arrived and Becky handled my issue very competently an kindly. So a wonderful customer experience.

I have place orders for 3 items so far first item turned up quickly no issues, 2nd and 3rd item I was expecting together but only 1 item arrived, I sent am email but it was a weekend, had a reply monday explaining they were sent as 2 separate packages and the following day my item arrived. Overall great experience, quick to reply and help, and products are exactly what was ordered. Will be using them again and would definitely recommend. Would also like to add that price wise all of my items were cheaper on this site than any other site including Amazon which surprised me. Not saying everything will be but I searched the Internet for cheaper amd even package deals and my bivy and overwrap was cheaper here individually buy minimum of £50.

I made an order which seemed to be taking its time. The courier finally emailed me to say it had been had been damaged beyond repair in transit, and to contact the sender.
I emailed them and Becky came back offering the items to be resent or accept a refund. I asked for them to be resent and received them in a couple of days no problem. Full marks for great customer service.

Ordered couple items from jk one a ngt net turned up in couple days great I contacted jk about the other item quick reply that same day said other item being sent out etc didn’t turn up
Week later contacted jk Becky messaged back quickly replying either refund or resend item I chose item came next day sorted asap good customer service n communication and great priced items

unfortunately the items I ordered had not turned up even though it stated delivered. After a quick email exchange with the support email and I picked an option to resolve the issue and it was sorted.

The price of the products are grate and the dispatch speed to true to the website.

I will always be considering JKs for further items but ensuring they are delivered to a safe location such as the lockers or a local shop.

I ordered a vass hoodie for next day delivery knowing It may not come because of the late order. Got a email from evri
saying we've got your order and will be with you tomorrow in which i was happy with. Next day got an email from evri saying been delivered in my save place. Got home nothing, so left it a day and still nothing. Emailed evri and they said 100% delivered but my door ring bell showed nothing. Said cant help. Emailed jk outdoors and with in 30 min got a reply saying that my parcel got sent back to them and they said sorry and resent it that day and turned up in the morning. Very happy and will use again

Made a larger order and only 1 item was wrong i contract them about the issue and im more than satisfied with the assistance I received and my issue was sorted with no messing around they was so helpful compared to angling direct took me about a week with texting back and forth to get it sorted when clearly from the pics you could tell it was wrong had much better service at jk outdoors highly recommend

Ordered a hoody without reading all the notes , they added it comes up a bit smaller , emailed them and they replied rapidly saying they had amended the order !

One of the best customer services I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to. Orders get processed relatively fast, I did have some issues with delivery, when I emailed I got a response back from Becky, very helpful and clear. She offered 2 options to resolve the issue and had sent off my replacement within 24hours of me speaking with her.
Highly recommended and the products are spot on!
