Reel is genius! I absolutely love the fact that I have a personal shopper who responds to me almost immediately and helps me with anything I need. I receive my items quickly and saving daily for items really helps you think about your spending.

I've now reeled three different items/times, and it's always been a such a pleasant experience! I have complete control over how much money I'm spending, and easily freeze/unfreeze my reel when needed.

I love the regular updates they provide you, and my items have always reached me quickly.

I've lost count of how many Reels I've placed but I just love the service so much! I recently got an Anine Bing t-shirt that I received in no time and I'm about to get a Saint Laurent pouch. It really is so easy to save money with Reel; basically set and forget. I also love that they're always looking for sales so you can get the best price for what you want. 10/10.

I like this app.I always think about to buy some hight end brand as Gucci for long times.I was trying to save money for that many times but couldn’t make it yet.Until I found this app and one of my friend also confirmed that it works.I started to saving money by weekly and at the end switched to daily.Totally took 3months to saving money for my first Gucci.They gave me $400 in credit to own bag for faster.Really recommended but don’t recommend to transfer money back.You will be charge for some fee.Let’s try to saving money for small things if you would like to see how it work.Thank you Reel!! You made my dream come true :)

I decided to give Reel a try and saving was easy! The customer service was great as well. Although my sizing didn't work out for the piece I purchased the refund policy was great. I will be using in the future.

I really love my experience with Reel, I was able to get everything I needed for my first son saving little by little, plus some major gifts for husbands and relatives that I could never afford if I wasn’t saving with the app. Customer service is always nice and helpful and the system never failed me. I’m so glad to have found this service! I’m a lifetime user now!

The Reel is a great way to shop wisely and smart! It’s very addicting because the process of reeling is so easy. I looooove to shop so instead of having high credit card balances and interest I choose to Reel. The service fee does not add up to the amount of interest of carrying a balance. It’s like having your own personal concierge!
The Staff is very helpful and if there is ever an issue with anything the response time is fast.
I have Reel 20 times literally and have another 78 to go lol (Wish List Items).

I’ve been on join reel for a while now I cannot say I had any bad experiences with them. The customer service is always lovely and always helped me out! They’re the best and I would highly recommend them if you want to shop there!

Honestly the Best app, I never though high end designer, would have a site that you can actually pay the item everyday or weekly.. love it.. love my first high end purchase of Gucci slide.... fulfilling the item is really fast..

I like the idea and my first experience was good, but second time around I was over charged and still no word on a refund plus it’s been two days since everything has cleared and my item has still not shipped

Ok so I would’ve given 5 stars but their are still issues that need to be worked out. I have bought ALOT of things from reel in the past and I came back with it updated better BUTTTTTT things are still messing up taking out of my account more than suppose to and takes when the item is paused. Omg and the pending is the downfall to me because it takes out of my account quick. I feel customer service needs more people because it’s been taking awhile to get responses again. They sometimes are quick and other times aren’t but I hope they take my opinion into a turn around since it’s our money we are trusting them with. 💕💕

This site is legit and a great way to get an item you’ve been wanting to save for. I love the concept. Some technical tweaks could definitely be made to the site though. I would get emails saying one thing then when I would log into my account it would say another, which was a little annoying/confusing. Also the search engine should have filters so that you don’t have to browse through thousands of products when you’re only interested in one finding one type of thing. Other than some technical small stuff, I love the site and have recommended it to many of my friends!

Had my first buy here with Reel and I was impressed with the quality of the customer service provided. I am started another one soon for sure

The entire concept of Reel is amazing. I most definitely will be making more purchases here. Easy way to get exactly what you want w/o worrying about the cost. You just have to have patience

per my earlier review- I still have not received my refund of over 1300$ from reel. It’s been close to 14 days now and still nothing from them. They claim they sent the deposit already but when I asked for proof, they completely ignored me.

I will obviously have to take this one with my bank. Not only have they wasted my time, I could have easily used the money from the bag to purchase same bag for cheaper during cyber Monday! I’m super upset!!!!
