The worst experience! I’ve been waiting for this order since the 24 March, 2026. They delayed and cancelled it (Temu), and I had to place the order again. To this day, I’m still waiting. There’s no option to get a refund to my bank account, which is making this whole process incredibly frustrating.

"I am very disappointed with J&T Sendayan and J&T Larkin. J&T Sendayan knew that I was sending a glass item, but they did not wrap it properly with bubble wrap. J&T Larkin said they called my receiver for 3 days, but that is not true. My receiver did not receive any calls, WhatsApp messages, or even a single message from them. After 3 days, they suddenly sent a WhatsApp message saying the item was already broken and ready to be returned. They damaged my glass item and returned it.
If you cannot do your job properly, please do not continue this service. Go find another job if you are too lazy to work properly. Today is the last time I will use J&T services."the one star at there tooooo much for j&t

I’ve come across many negative reviews about J&T Express KSA, but today I want to share a truly positive experience that deserves recognition.
I would like to specially commend the delivery driver, Mubashar Ijaz Muhammad from Medina. Honestly, if I could give him 1000 stars instead of just 5, I absolutely would.
On 30/03/2026, I had a delivery scheduled while I was in Makkah. I informed him that I would only be back on 31/03/2026. What really touched me was the effort he made to ensure my parcel was safe.
Instead of leaving it outside my gate where it could be exposed or unsafe, he went the extra mile and carefully placed it inside my house compound.
This is not the first time he has delivered to my home. Every single time, he has shown professionalism, honesty, and genuine kindness. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and thoughtful in their work.
J&T Express is truly fortunate to have a staff member like Mubashar. He represents the kind of service that builds trust and customer loyalty.
Thank you once again for your outstanding service!
Customer service is worth nothing
Customer service is worth nothing. I tried to change my address for an order that was just shipped, and they said it was already delivered to me (the tracking timetable clearly shows that it was just shipped), so it's not possible.

Son la peor empresa de repartidores, tardan una eternidad en entregar el pedido (en mi caso, ya van casi 3 semanas desde que el paquete llegó al país) el servicio al cliente es pésimo, personas sin paciencia que creen que uno es experto y suponen que todo lo saben, además de que los repartidores ponen una actitud irritada cuando te entregan el pedido, en resumen, un servicio peor que mediocre

Massive inconvenience. Lack of accountability on J&T express' part. It was incredibly difficult to contact their customer service.

شحنتي كان المفروض توصلني من ثلاثة أيام، وكل يوم السائق يستلمها ثم يرجّعها للمخزن لأن “موقعي مش على طريقه”!
المشكلة تكررت ثلاث مرات بدون أي متابعة أو مسؤول يهتم.
تواصلت مع السائق وقال إنه راح يوصلها آخر اليوم… وفي النهاية اعتذر وقال إن مكاني بعيد وسيأجلها لليوم اللي بعده!
لو قال من البداية كنت رحت استلمها بنفسي بدل هالتأخير والاستهتار.
لا يوجد أي أرقام للتواصل مع مشرفين أو مدراء، ولا أي احترافية في التعامل.
بصراحة… مستوى الخدمة سيئ جدًا وغير مقبول إطلاقًا. ما أنصح أحد يتعامل معهم
One of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had.
My shipment was supposed to arrive three days ago, yet every day the driver picks it up and then returns it to the warehouse because “my location isn’t on his way.”
This happened three times with absolutely no follow-up or responsibility from the company.
I contacted the driver and he promised to deliver it by the end of the day, but later he said my location is “too far” and postponed it to the next day.
Had he said this from the beginning, I would’ve gone to the warehouse myself instead of dealing with all this delay and negligence.
There are no contact numbers for supervisors or managers, and the customer service is completely unprofessional.
Honestly… the service is extremely poor and completely unacceptable. I do NOT recommend dealing with this company.

I tried to contact their contact number mentioned in my tracking Temu - but none of the number is correct.
The driver number is also not correct.
Temu will lose their business if Temu still have them as partner.

J&T Express Juru is the worst. Poor service. Riders incompetent except for some. Truly unreliable. Rider’s DONT attempt delivery but add status as Failed Delivery & customer rejected package. Have complained online and Helpline. Nothing is use. TikTok should SERIOUSLY change J&T

Barang dipenyok...meskipun sudah kasih 2 stiker fragile, bubbles wrap, dus keceng, rapi. Dan tulis vas juga. T.a.i company. Barang ada insuransi juga tapi gak mau urusin atau ganti rugi....suruh tungu tungu dan tungu. Go hell lah J&T express...km tunggu di sana aja.

They have the worst delivery staff I've ever dealt with, they're disrespectful to customers, it feels like im dealing with street criminals.
5 Days waiting in all day but still failed
I had an extremely poor experience with this delivery company. I waited five days for my parcel, and each day the driver incorrectly marked the address as “incorrect,” despite it being a well-known 5-star hotel with the full and correct address provided.
Customer service was no help at all. When I called and selected the English option, communication was very difficult, and on two occasions the call was abruptly disconnected by the operator.
I allowed more than enough time for delivery, yet they still failed to deliver my parcel. Overall, the service was completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this company.
