I see my parcel is to be delivered by…

I see my parcel is to be delivered by j&t and already felt upset.. last time they took me rounds and would call me at 12am midnight saying they are leaving the office to deliver my parcel.at 12am!!!!!!! Now my parcel was shipped in since last week and
they haven’t bothered picking it up still lying at the airport.WORST OF THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY AND I DONT WANT THEM TO EVER HANDLE MY PARCELS!!!!they should be banned!😏

The Deliver Rider was very rude

The Deliver Rider was very rude, with the tracking ID JT0015256680856, the most ruder rider of J&T express I ever encounter really bad, he kept telling us not to order anymore and order in personal instead really bad attitude.

J and lack of customer service.. Hindi nila alam kung pano eh handle ang customer nila pag nag de deliver and mostly sa mga parcel if nag ask ang clients about asan na Ang parcel no replies .. and isa pa dito Yung tumawag sila pero na cancel agad .. dalawang ring nga lng eh di na ma deliver ang product for so much reason dw na ganito ganyan ... And the rider ang suplado kala mo nmn kung sino eh. J and t is lack of customer satisfaction and service....
J&t Makilala doesn't have that ..

Disrespectful Service

I just experienced a very disrespectful service from one of your couriers. Aside from the fact that parcels are not being delivered directly to the receiver’s address, customers are also being asked to pay an additional ₱20 for each parcel, which was never clearly explained!

Just a while ago, the courier called me and immediately said, “Reject na parcel nyo ma’am,” without even asking first if I would claim the parcel or not. While I was still trying to respond and clarify the situation, he abruptly ended the call. I found this behavior very unprofessional and disrespectful to customers!

As a customer, I expect proper communication and respectful service. I hope you can look into this matter, address the behavior of the courier involved, and ensure that customers are treated properly.

Its been 4 days since the last status…

Its been 4 days since the last status of my order and still no updates! You should atleast inform me the cause of delays! Can't contact their customer service! And your phone number posted on your website is useless!! Poor service!!!!!👎👎👎😡😡😡😡

I have not received my parcel yet

I have not received my parcel yet. However, when I checked the tracking information, it shows that the package has been delivered. I have tried calling your contact number several times, but no one is answering. Please look into this issue and let me know the status of my parcel as soon as possible.

Delivery was fast

Delivery was fast. Product came with no damage. Sometimes the box had dents or the rider would try to call at all, would only text and would mark the item for return after only 1 try.

Hello I would like to report a rider from Puerto Puerto princesa city Palawan Brgy Iwahig Sitio Bucana. Cinancel nya yung dalawang ordered parcel ko without my permission, he didn't even make a call to ask me if kukunin ko yung parcel or not yet he cancel it himself. I really need that order Kasi matagal Kong inantay pero cinancel nya lang ng kusa and take note! That's not the first time na ginawa nya yan! Please do the action para Hindi nya na ulitin yung ganyan! Thankyou.

Small trasaction, Big Help

I went to the J&T BS Aquino, Bagong Nayon, Baliuag, Bulacan Branch to send back a return merchandise that my wife
bought. Unfortunately I didn’t know that I have to do the transaction through the J&T app. But fortunately Nico, the one manning the place was super helpful. After I down loaded the app, snother hurdle again as I forgot my Google password. And true to his helpful ways Nico readily offered to use his own celphone and we finally finished the 75-peso transaction. But for Nico he treated it like amillion one.
Nico keep this attitude up wherever you go as it will take you far.

I sent a parcel from Manila to…

I sent a parcel from Manila to Batangas. However, the delivery driver called the consignee and told them to pick it up in Santa Rosa, Laguna, which is only about halfway to the intended destination. Will never use this courier again.

LBC IS FRAUDULENT

How is this company in existence?? Pathetic!! Sent money through this company!!! Will NEVER do it again!! At least 4 Pathetic store locations did not have any cash on hand!! Sending money and than the person cannot pick it up is FRAUD!!!! HOW MANY HAVE BEEN FRAUDULENTLY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THIS COMPANY??? DO NOT USE IT, LOSS IT FROM YOUR CONTACTS!!! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!

Absolutely hate this courier service

Absolutely hate this courier service. Once shein started delivering through j and t and I hate recieving the order. The customer service is terrible so is the delivery person attitude

UNRELIABLE SERVICE

Received email from Zalora that my package will be delivered today (Dec 18). Called the delivery agent, keeps ringing no answer and they put PROBLEMATIC CALL in update! Been calling the service for 2 days straight and no answer. When agent was contacted in SUNDAY, told he cant deliver since its his DAY-OFF! Then why send a message that delivery is today (Sunday)! the next day (Dec 22) parcel was unsuccessfully delivered to be returned to sender. Stop using this courier service if ever there are sellers here. VERY UNRELIABLE.
