I ordered some weights during the corona virus lockdown from the just fitness online store.Order number and receipt were issued instantly, products arrived on the exact date listed on the website, confirmation email was sent upon arrival. Furthermore all enquiries were answered over the phone clearly and immediately. Very honest, reliable service with products of really good quality. Thank you, wishing you all the best.

My order was processed extremely quickly and delivered to my door with helpful advice from the delivery guys (i.e. just take the cover off, don't take it out of the box entirely prior to set-up) within a DAY. One day. I didn't realize it wouldn't come already assembled, but it wasn't a great hardship either.

I'm giving you 3 stars not because you did anything wrong, the delivery was a bit over-complicated by your trying to over-manage it but the guys who brought my delivery were really good. The 3 stars are for the product, while the bike now I've assembled it works well, as an engineer the design in my opinion is poorly thought out. The instructions have that broken converted to English by an Asian person feel to them in places, the diagrams are tiny and are far too small to be of much use. The instructions don't make that much sense and combined with the small pictures are awfully difficult to follow. In the end, I threw them aside and built it myself. Also, we searched high and low for a plastic trim piece and we couldn't find it and lo and behold it was in the drinks bottle holder package. A small ring of plastic, exactly the same colour as the drinks bottle holder, wrapped around it and in the same package. But, by far the worst thing is the engineering behind bolting on the upright tubing that houses the cables, computer and handlebars. There are 5 bolts, 4 of which feed right through the tube but, you can't get 2 of them through because the tensioning cable mechanism is in the way. This is an awful design and could result in either not fitting 2 bolts or damaging the cable holder, I cannot believe that someone thought that this was a good design. Also, the instructions do not even mention that one of the pedals has a right-hand thread and the other is a left-hand thread. Of course, if you've ever had a bike you would know this but I'll bet many people don't and I would have thought worth mentioning. Overall, once assembled the bike works well but, it is a frustrating exercise to get it to that point and I cannot believe that you would sell a product that was so poorly designed.

Eventhough we weren't going anywhere with lockdowns the communication was great. We are loving the treadmill.

We received our order within a few days of ordering online. Because we ordered on a weekend, we didn’t receive confirmation of our order or payment until Monday. That was a bit confusing. The bike was also a little challenging to build. But, we had it up and running on the day it arrived, and we’re very happy with the final result!

Great customer contact during hiring process and pulled out all the stops to get me my hire prior to new enhanced lockdown restrictions. Delivery on time and helped right to the door. Treadmill is full size and works as expected. Very happy with product and service.

I thought the equipment would be more up to date but is an old one, narrow track, and manual set up etc - overall not so impressed with the hire equipment

I bought a tread climber and Recumbent bike, they only delivered one of my packages, they said that they made a mistake at the warehouse and they forgot to load the driver.
My 2nd package was only delivered the following week, which was an inconvenience.
If my warehouse had forgotten to load a truck and the customer did not receive their delivery, I would ensure that they received the missed package the very next day. This was not the case for me, I was TOLD that they only deliver once a week in my area, hence delivery was not until the following week.

Happy with the customer service, quick and easy to order online. Delivery was on time and within a couple of days of ordering.
