Sufficient details were on the email received for me to be able to sort out payment of the policy even though I am still abroad and cannot get back to the UK with all the restrictions for COVID still in place.

Unlike other insurance companies, Just Landlords online quotations are made very easy to understand and to complete. This was a very simple and efficient process. I did have cause to speak to one of the members of telephone sales, who was incredibly helpful and patient with me and as a first time Landlord looking for two types of Insurances, the service I have received has been incredibly supportive and efficient, easy to follow and understand. This company was recommended to me by a colleague. I am very pleased with both the pricing and the service.

Excellent quote, cover & service
Application form easy to complete. Quote better than renewal premium from previous insurer and quotes obtained from comparison website. Range of coverage also much better. Telephone query about a small point answered quickly and politely. Happy with all aspects of service and documentation received to date.

Great service & cover.
As the insurance required was not straightforward it was great to be able to put in all the details online and get a quote back quickly. This is my 3rd policy with just landlords and even though I could get cover cheaper it is not as comprehensive and straightforward. I also appreciate the option of paying monthly by direct debit with no exorbitant interest charges. I had to ring customer services to clarify a couple of things and the advisor was extremely helpful and efficient.

Require a quotation for house insurance, either in use or vacant, then this is a must try site. Straight foreward to use with no complicated questions etc.
