From the moment Matt walked through to value my house I knew they would be the team to sell my house. The best estate agents in Southport and I got a few values to compare but only felt confident in them. They got the price of the house spot on, marketed it well and everything was just taken care of. They made the experience stress free and were so professional.
Nothing was too much trouble, their communication was excellent and all the office staff were so friendly and always got back to me. Cannot find a single fault or even recommend any improvements. The people that did the viewings were great and again informative, friendly and professional. Cannot recommend enough I’d give them an 11/10 if it were possible.
Everything ran to time and they kept everything well managed in the chain. I cannot thank the team enough.

I have just sold my house with Karen Potter and from start to finish they have been fantastic. Matt gave us really helpful advice in the early stages and Paige and the other ladies were fantastic negotiators and kept us fully up to date throughout. They carried out many accompanied viewings and nothing was too much trouble. Karen demands the highest standard from all her employees but there is also a lovely, happy atmosphere within the office. I called Karen Potter The Estate Agents today with a query about maximising my property's potential, whilst making it clear that at present, I'm not currently intending to sell my property. Karen Potter took my call, I briefly explained my situation, and in return she outlined what current buyers are searching for, and commented on some changes I want to make to my property, outlining one or two potential pitfalls. What a refreshing and honest conversation I had with her, knowledgeable, friendly while professional, and with a wealth of property experience to boot. These days it's a welcome surprise to call any organisation and have your call answered within seconds, and time spent helping me with my query, despite there being no obvious business benefit. That said, should I come to sell or buy in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Karen Potter - who made an excellent and lasting impression.

Due to a succession of problems, I ended up getting most of the way through buying several flats in Southport before one successfully completed, which meant I worked with several different estate agents. From my perspective, Karen Potter was consistently the most helpful and supportive throughout the entire purchase process: they were much more proactive about helping the purchase complete than any other local estate agent.

Perhaps if you're lucky and have a transaction that works perfectly smoothly, it won't make much difference, but my experience tells me problems often show up during the conveyancing process. Karen Potter were absolutely key to resolving the problems I had with the flat I did purchase.

If I were ever buying in Southport again, I would genuinely pay a premium for a property that was listed with Karen Potter rather than any other estate agent. If and when I come to sell, I am definitely going to be talking to Karen Potter first.

I could write a book of good comments about Karen and her staff. It might be possible (but I doubt it) to find an agent in Southport as good. But you could certainly not find one better ! Enormous help was cheerfully and willingly provided to us before putting our (vacant) house on the market as it needed repairs doing and generally refreshing. Karen sourced and arranged all the workmen for us at very reasonable cost. Then the house sold at the full asking price within days of marketing commencing. Following sale, Paige has been in constant touch with the buyer, us and the respective solicitors to update everyone on the conveyancing situation. Faultless, personal, efficient service in every way and with a smile. True excellence and deserving of my highest commendation.

Probably the best service I’ve ever had from an estate agent! Began with Karen coming to my home and assessing, to then putting it in the market with fab photos.
