As I sit in my beautiful garden of our new home, I have to say that if it was not for the absolutely excellent work by Jess at Karen Potter we would not be here. The service provided was amazing. We ran into unforeseen challenges that could easily have prevented the purchase happening. Jess kept a cool head, went beyond what we would ever have expected any agent to do. I have bought and sold homes numerous times over 30 years and never dealt with an agent that comes close. When I say that we would not be in our new home without her assistance, it is no exaggeration.

When we moved to Southport from London about two years ago, we had no idea how tricky it would be to find a new home. At that time, the housing market was going wild, with places receiving multiple offers hours after going on the market. It was frustrating and disappointing. But Karen Potter made a difficult situation so much easier. Nothing for her or her fantastic staff was too much trouble. And then, when we least expected it, she found our dream home for us! We were able to negotiate a great price, and although there were some nerve-wracking moments due to an ancient leasehold, she reassured us and gave us the confidence to persevere. We trusted her, and thankfully we did.

She’s the only estate agent we’d use if we ever decided to sell and look for a new place. But realistically, that won’t happen. We’re staying put.
