Fantastic company to deal with. I can't recommend them highly enough. The service from start to finish, and after service is such a refreshing change. Billy and Jane answered my questions, no matter how many I had to re-assure me of what I was after. Matt and Dan arrived a few days before Christmas as promised and worked through horrendous weather for 2 days to install the system, which looks great. Our 2 little fur monsters are happy and safe in their enclosed garden and love it. I can't thanks you all enough. Look no further for securing your fur babies.

This is a great solution to stop your cat escaping. It is really tasteful and very well constructed. It looks so much better than the other products on the market.

We had our second system installed by Katzecure after moving house. The team were so friendly and nice and the quality of the work done was outstanding as always. It’s amazing to have such great quality cat proofing in the garden so your cats can have a lovely life but the garden still looks so smart - if not even smarter! For anyone considering it , just do it !

I had the system installed at my old address for over a year and the team have recently dismantled it and moved it to my new home for me. Can't fault the quality of the system or the customer service. Katzecure is worth every penny, it doesn't look out of place on the fences and I love being able to have the patio doors open in summer knowing the cats are safe

We found them to be very professional from start to finish, also they found and offered solutions to problems that we had not seen. We had the wooden rollers installed and they blend into the garden,and now our feline friend is enjoying exploring his safe new playground .

I cannot fault the service from Katzecure, throughout the whole process they were always at hand to advise. I went for the aluminium poles and am so happy with the results. The team worked through the wind and rain and worked with me to decide how I wanted an enclosed area. I have one very happy cat who is yet to find a way out! We are so glad that we found Katzecure. This company is fantastic and the overall experience has been seamless from beginning to end. We were fortunate enough to have a survey, quote and installation completed within a matter of weeks.

We are absolutely thrilled with the finished product. It looks far better than imagined and as per previous reviews, it enhances the look and overall security of our garden. It is certainly worth spending a little more for this product which blends into the surroundings (rather than the unattractive wire mesh systems, which are not in fact a great deal cheaper).

Shaun and Dave fitted the system and were excellent. They were very polite and courteous and went the extra mile to get it all finished (even working through hours of torrential downpour yesterday!)

Billy and Jane were also great and ensured things ran smoothly.

We would not hesitate to recommend Katzecure to anybody who wishes to keep their beloved cats safe. It a shame we didn’t find them sooner.

Love my new mesh fence and my katzsecure rollers, gives me peace of mind for my very active one year old Bengal boy trio.

Started work on the agreed day. Considered neighbours and myself in doing the work. Polite and friendly team. When completed the work they cleared up and left my property clean and tidy.

I had the Katzecure system installed in August. The quote was raised from me sending a plan of the garden and a video, which was very convenient. Jane at Katzecure was great -very friendly and helpful and the install date was brought forward straight away when they had a postponement during a busy summer. Same with the guys who fitted it - they were really helpful and always ready to answer questions and make suggestions. They worked hard and everything was up in just over a day. My garden was left clean and tidy.

The system itself is excellent. My two ragdoll kittens love it outside. There’s been a few high speed runs up the fence posts in an attempt to breach the system, but each time they’ve found themselves safely back on the ground and have given up! The system also looks really good - it’s made of high quality, weather treated wood which you can paint/stain or leave as you wish. I’ve found it’s blending in nicely with the existing fencing now. One added and unexpected benefit is that it has improved the overall security and privacy of the garden. Another is that other cats stay out - a few stop by to peer through the rollers but they don’t get in.

In summary, highly recommended to anyone who wants security and peace of mind when their cats go out. Lets them enjoy the sun in their face and wind in their tails in safety! A big thank you to Jane and everyone else at Katzecure. I’ve no doubt I’ll be back for a move and reinstall in the next year or so!

All coordinated well from quote, to site visit, to work being done - including adjusting work needed when came to do the work re not simple shaped garden etc. Quality work and materials. Tidy workers, always left garden tidy each afternoon on leaving and at the end. Easy to talk too re ensuring met my needs and ensuring my cat would be safe. Now a good few weeks on and working well keeping my cat safe and happy. My cat elderly and not as agile as a younger cat though is fit and active, so probably done more than was necessary to keep her safe when in the garden and escape proof. Better that way than worry she could escape and hopefully she has good few years ahead but reassuring that as and when I adopt my next cat, little or no adjustment will be needed to keep a more agile younger cat safe too. A considered purchase but to me the best option on the market and all bespoke to my garden shape and wrapping round side garden too - looks great too. Thoroughly recommend if you want for whatever reason to escape proof your garden and keep your cat/s from escaping and freedom of your garden. My cat can come and go with my dogs in the garden and no worries re having back door, french doors or any back of house downstairs windows open. Total peace of mind and a happy cat and dogs and me too as not having to man back door etc. Easily contactable and always able to speak to same office lady or the director of company who fitted my system (with equally skilled colleague) by phone or email. Wasn't too long to wait for quote and work either.

Although quite surprised at the size of the quote, because I wanted the work done, I went ahead. After seeing the amount of time, care,and material needed to complete the work, I am now sure that it is good value for money. Everyone connected with the company was kind,helpful and informative, and I could not fault customer service in any way.

From initial contact with this company through to completion of works, they were helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

They made suggestions and provided solutions that we wouldn’t have thought about, and created a good looking safe space that my young and very determined cat has tested throughly and not managed to break though.

It is reassuring to have a warranty and assurance that should there be any issues help is there.

This isn’t the cheapest solution, but with the quality of the system, the installation and customer service its justified.

Systems looks great and works great, as a plus our garden feels more private as we are less overlooked with the higher trellis.
