I was given clear guidance which fully answered all of my questions regarding my ongoing claims for treatment to my dog after I telephoned to notify you that she has now sadly had to be euthanised.
I was treated very sympathetically at what is still a difficult time for our family.

Compassion and clarity at a time of vulnerability and distress
I needed to contact to enquire about how to claim from 2 vets relating to the same case for my dog (I.e. one vet was out of hours and the other a specialist referral vet). Michael explained everything to me clearly and also picked up on the fact I my self had been in hospital and was potentially vulnerable. He asked if he could do anything to assist in the way Kennels Club engaged with me which is fantastic attention to the Consumer Duty principles. His tone was compassionate, friendly and confident. He’s a credit to his team and company. (And believe me I’ve spoken to many customer service people over the last few days and Michael stands out for getting it right!) Thank you Michael.

Very satisfied with the customer service from Catherine
I phoned to discuss the renewal on my dogs policy.
Catherine was very helpful, listened to my thoughts & concerns. She explained that a different policy might fit my needs better, answered all my questions & gave a full run down of everything I needed to know. She's very knowledgeable & was a great reassurance this morning.
I'm waiting for the new policy documents to arrive & my dog will be all set up for another year.

Fantastic Service on Pet Insurance
I had a claim on our pet insurance which was not straight forward. Andrea and her other colleagues could not have been more considerate, understanding, helpful and absolutley on the ball as to what was covered and advising me. My claim was agreed in full and settled promptly - hence the 5*. I would award 10* if I could. It is so unusual to find such well informed, friendly and efficient service.

Not what I was expecting!
Having lost my email account (thank you Microsoft) I called 2 see what the remedy was, expecting to be referred to a webpage with lots of FAQs Etc. Instead I got Sharon, who was helpful, knowledgeable, polite and dare I say cheerful, not what one normally expects from court centres. 10 out of 10.
