We called KCS at 4pm on a Friday and the engineer was there at 4.25pm…diagnosed the fault and came back to repair 10am on a Saturday. Job done. The service was amazing ! Thank you Lance and team.

KCS is a leader in its field. I doubt you could find a better home plumbing company which spans three generations. Focused, professional and charming to boot, they are masters of their trade. Possessing a very large amount of knowledge, they can identify issues quickly and have them fixed. They possess an integrity and trust which is welcoming. Priced fairly, you would be hard pressed to find their equal.

Helpful and prompt
The adviser on the phone was polite, warm and very willing to help. The engineer was prompt, tidy and honest with the job. I requested for a quote for new boiler. His advice was useful, honest and helpful.

Great service from start to finish my boiler needed replacing Lance fitted a new one for he explained everything clearly and was very professional very impressed and am very happy with the work carried out Lance was neat and tidy would highly recommend if you need any plumbing work done

Great service carried out. Was having trouble getting hot water and water pressure always been low in the house. Lance sorted new parts needed and had all back working better than it ever has been. Water the hottest with had since being in house. Happy Days 👌🏻

One in a million plumer
We have been using Lance for many years now as he is so professional and reliable. No job is too big or too small for him and alway comes very quickly to do jobs. As I had a pigeon fall down the back of my chimney and ended up behind my gas fire, I phoned Lance up and he came straight around and saved the pigeon.
Lance prices are so reasonable for the jobs he does he is so professional and clean and a lovely person overall.

Lance has been servicing our boiler…
Lance has been servicing our boiler ever since he fitted it about 5 years ago.
He was the only one of three quotes, who actually did the installation exactly as I wanted, and removed all the old boiler and tanks.
He’s always been on time, and is actively training new plumbing apprentices as well.
