Don't every buy from Keepmoat. No customer support after moving in. Not sure how they are legally allowed to still stay in the business. Look at Facebook groups about keepmoat before you consider any purchase from them. You will hear all nightmare stories and it will be an easy decision to skip their sites.
Update: They advised someone will contact in 24 hrs. But after 3 days no one contacted me. They are untrustworthy! They don't have a customer service team.

James has been twice and both times he has done an amazing job.
Tidying up after both visits and was so pleasant and helpful. He is a really nice young man.

We had to have a repair done on our shower in our new build home as there was a cracked tile which had been caused by the original installation, which should have been corrected at the time. But if course these homes are built for speed, and not finish quality.
But that being said, when it came to Keepmoat rectifying the issue, it was sorted out fast and done in a very professional manner by the technician, Clint.
Clint was very polite, friendly and good at his job. For the work that he has done, we would give him 5 stars. It's just unfortunate that he had to fix an issue that shouldn't have been left when the house was signed off.

KHNW - (technician) from the Aftercare Team for Dee Gardens has been outstanding (a credit to the team). His workmanship is really good quality with a keen eye for detail, which is critical for aftercare service to properties. He puts things right (then always checks if the customer is happy with his works before he leaves). He’s always very pleasant, well mannered and cleans up after himself. From a cleanliness point of view, you would never know that he has been, which is just what is needed.

The company has a very strong sales team, who were professional and helpful throughout the purchasing process. However, my experience with customer service and after-sales support has been disappointing. The after-sales team often comes across as reluctant to assist, despite support being included under the warranty for the new build. Overall, while the sales experience was excellent, customer service is not.

Oliver Morson attended my property to do some work. I must say I was very impressed with his professionalism and honesty. He always maintained contact to confirm times of attendance and when he came not only did he do his job but he also did some other jobs for me as well.
He is a true example of professionalism and people could learn so much from his etiquette.
I have also passed my praises for Oliver to the site manager as he truly went above and beyond to ensure all work was completed to the highest standards.

From start to finish the Keepmoat Team were fantastic! We’d not bought new before so was a new experience to us but really pleased with the service from Kirsty and Jay who looked after us onsite to the guys doing the handover on the day of completion. Thanks again all for a great experience!

Our experience with Keep Moat at Gedling Park View has been incredible. We’re living right next to where new houses are still being built and all the builders are lovely and friendly, nothing is too much an ask for them. Special shout out to site Manager Harry and Builder Phil, both have been lovely and have helped out with queries we’ve had here and there, always going above and beyond.
The only thing I would say is with the sales team, staff kept changing when we were first looking. We never seemed to speak with the same colleague. So they could for future sales, have a designated person who deals with each individual sale. But, that said, every person we dealt with was lovely and helpful.
We’ve only had a handful of snags which have been tended to within good time without any qualms. Our house is beautiful, neither of us have a single regret about buying here.

Simon, as usual, came over exactly when he said and fixed our issue in no time. He was repairing our stair beading after the walls had settled and caused some cracks, and did so without any fuss with perfect results. Thank you!

House was in good condition with everything working minus a couple of small issues which was picked up and fixed quickly.

James arrived on time and carried out three repairs to a high standard 👏 He also took note of 2 long term outstanding and reported them to Keepmoat in the hope that they will be actioned when the weather permits.. James is always very polite and professional and carries out the work in a professional manner... The same cannot be said all the time for Keepmoat!!!
