Buying a new build home from Keepmoat was such a wonderful experience, their own panel of mortgage advisors and solicitors work side by side in the back ground and keep you updated, I didn't feel any stress and process was so smooth,. We bought a home with Keepmoat and moved in November 2025, and the aftercare since then has been outstanding. Julie, the Post‑Sales Customer Service Manager, has been exceptional throughout our entire settling‑in period.
She has definitely looked after us, making sure any issues with the house have been dealt with quickly and properly fixed. Julie also carries out regular check‑ins to ensure everything is okay, and she arranges for workmen to come over whenever needed, making sure every issue raised is handled efficiently and to a high standard. Her organisation, communication, and genuine care have made a huge difference to our experience as new homeowners.
Because of the excellent support we’ve received — especially from Julie — we would confidently recommend Keepmoat to anyone considering buying a home. The level of service has truly exceeded our expectations

Andrejus Negatinas is excellent. He covered all our pending work at home and made sure everything was completed properly. He pointed out every detail and did the work perfectly as much as he could.

Buying a home from keepmoat has been the worst experience ever. I wish I could turn back time. I had patio doors which were faulty from the day i moved in but it has taken keep moat 2 years to replace these doors. The doors would bot lock which was a huge safeguarding issue as I had a 2 year old in the house. Keep moar would just dismiss this. They have now been replaced with doors that are different sizes to the original doors so my shutter blinds which I had paid alot of money for do not fit. I am now waiting to be reimbursed.
I have heaters where paint is falling off. I contacted keep moat who told me they could not do anything. I said surely the heaters have a warranty as most heaters have a warranty of 10 years and they are refusing to give the people who have fitted the heaters. It isnot acceptable that just after 2 years I have a heater where paint is falling off the top and bottom. Keepmoat are not helpful and do do not take complaints seriously.

We’ve been living in our new home for over a year now. There were quite a few defects at the beginning, but most of the issues have gradually been resolved over the past months.
I would highly recommend Oliver and Gareth. Their workmanship is excellent and they are very professional. They carried out filling and painting work in our home with great attention to detail. They are also both polite and friendly, and I’m very satisfied with the quality of their work.
That said, I do wish the customer care team could respond more quickly, as there are still a number of defects and snags that need to be followed up.

We’ve been in our new home for 3 months now and couldn't be happier. Like many buyers, we were worried about being "abandoned" after completion, but Keepmoat has been fantastic.
A special shout-out to Fran, from sales team and Ollie, from the customer care team, who has gone above and beyond. He’s checked in on us multiple times and ensured every minor snag was fixed promptly. It’s rare to find this level of dedication. If you’re looking for a developer that actually cares after they’ve handed over the keys, Keepmoat is the One!

I’ve had a really positive experience with Keepmoat from start to finish. The whole process was smooth and quick, which made what can often be a stressful time feel straightforward and well managed.
Heather did an excellent job showing me around the property. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood everything clearly. She also worked hard behind the scenes covering all of the paperwork and kept me updated throughout, which I really appreciated.
Customer care has been great and is still ongoing. Steve has also done a fantastic job making sure the property is exactly how it should be and that everything has been completed to a high standard. It’s reassuring to know that the support continues even after moving in.
Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Keepmoat.

Awful awful after sales service! They fitted a defective bath and will not sort their own mistake. They are trying to say it’s out of warranty even though I have had issues since I moved in, they even tried to use the excuse that a plumber I hired (by Keepmoats advice!) caused the issue, not sure that’s possible as there had to have been an issue for the plumber to need to come out, make it make sense that it was the plumber that caused the leak?!? Consumer law says I have 6 years when it’s defective! I even emailed the CEO who put me in touch with the Customer Experience Director. They used incorrect information to bat me off and with all the evidence provided they now think good customer service is to just ignore their customer. The NHBC can’t help as I had a third party person look at the bath, however it was Keepmoat who told me to get the third party person out, I naïvely trusted Keepmoat but they clearly knew what they were doing! The CEDR process can’t help as it’s classed as a technical fault. Legal advice say Keepmoat are liable but they just ignore every message. I would have potentially bought another house from them in the future, but I wouldn’t now! Neither will any of my friends or family! Word of mouth goes both ways! Just the worst after sales service of any company I have ever used! Never again!

Oliver did an excellent job filling and painting all the holes in my walls. The work was done neatly and with great attention to detail. He was punctual, polite, and very professional throughout. He made sure everything was smooth and properly finished, and he left the area clean afterwards. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work and would highly recommend his service to anyone who needs wall repairs.
