On this occasion, we did not have any loyalty programme information recorded on your traveller profile for the airline you travelled with, so we were unable to include these details in your reservation.
We would encourage you to add this specific airlines loyalty programme details to your traveller profile on the Keeva Connect Travel Management Portal. Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. However, having thoroughly reviewed your booking history, we would like to clarify the facts.
Your original travel request form specified a departure date of 4th October, which is precisely what our team quoted. You subsequently requested that the departure date be changed to 5th October, and a revised quotation reflecting your requested travel dates of 5th–8th October was issued on 23rd September. You accepted this revised itinerary on 24th September, after which it was submitted for your company’s approval. Your flights were then booked correctly, in accordance with the itinerary you had reviewed and accepted.
Regarding your seating, Keeva Travel does not select or purchase specific seats unless expressly requested by the traveller. As no seating preferences or upgrades were requested, your seats were allocated by the airline in accordance with its standard procedures, which are outside our control.
We take all customer feedback seriously and always welcome the opportunity to address any concerns directly. However, we feel it is important to clarify that your quotation accurately reflected your original request, the subsequent date change was accommodated, and your booking was made exactly as approved.
We remain committed to providing a professional, reliable service and would welcome the opportunity to assist you again in the future.

Fantastic service from Keeva Travel
We recently returned from a fantastic family trip to Bali and Singapore, and we couldn’t have been happier with the service we received from Keeva Travel.

Amazing booking experience
Keeva Travel booked our multi-centre honeymoon for us this year. We had a fantastic booking experience from start to finish with clear communication and friendly service from the team. The Keeva Connect portal was an added bonus and it was great being able to easily access our documents and itinerary wherever we were on our trip.
We were greeted at our hotel with a bottle of champagne and chocolates to celebrate our honeymoon which we later found out was thanks to the Keeva team informing them of our special occasion.
