keeva always deliver AAA service for me and are mhy go to agent when it comes to business and corporate bookings at a large scale or for my personal, spontaneous global adventures. I needed a last minute ticket from NYC to the Seychelles on a very tight schedule and everything was handled with the best and most responsive team, to ensure my chaotic schedule was met with a calm, easy, comfortable stress free trip. On numerous occasions, Keeva have managed to book my international travels at less than 1 hour notice. Shaken or stirred, business or pleasure, Keeva give me the licence to travel, any time, any place.

First use of Keeva Travel platform. Fast response and booking of flight tickets and hotel. Provides the option to specify airline, flight and hotel which is convenient.

However, flight reservation is not editable through the app which is not helpful if I have to do any last-minute change (such as add an overhead cabin baggage).

Room booked was fine but a basement without window and without mobile network signal. Wifi was ok but an emergency phone call would not be possible outside use of some digital app. I feel the cheapest option was selected.

Excellent experience booking with Keeva Travel. The hotel was exactly what we wanted - luxurious and adult focused.
The Keeva Travel portal was easy to use and helped us keep track of all our travel documentation.
On arrival there was a slight issue with the rooms allocated not being closer together which they intervened on and got rectified immediately. Fantastic rooms were found next door to each other even though the hotel was full. It felt great to have Keeva Travel on our side. Very happy that we booked with them.

What a great experience we had with Keeva Travel. We asked the team to arrange multiple flights for our large party and they went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. The team checked in with us regularly before our trip, then whilst we were away to make sure everything had gone to plan. Excellent customer service.

Rory was the agent who looked after my summer holidays this year, and he organized everything in such a great manner that i could not be happier. His organizational skills and common sense are second to none, i had some long flights to take, he organized them in such a great way, with a long break between them so i can have a good rest in some nice hotels and made the entire trip and the whole experience just perfect, with no side effects from the jet lag. My first time booking with Keeva Travel. The team were friendly, professional and helpful, especially the advise and support from Amy Park, I felt she always had time to answer any of my questions with prompt replies. She took all the stress out of my travel and holiday arrangements. So much so, she has assisted me in other travel arrangements since my initial booking. I was able to travel with confidence, because I had all their confirmations sitting handy on my phone. I have had on complications through booking with Keeva Travel. Highly recommend their services.

We finally (after several years of procrastination) travelled to Australia to visit family.
Based on how long it had taken to get there we decided to add on a couple of weeks touring rather than assume we would get back. Unusually, for me, I realised I would need help planning.
Rory and the team put together a fabulous 3.5 week itinerary that allowed us to see family, visit nature reserves (including seeing all of the Australian big 5 and the fabulous fairy penguins - a must see) to visit Lakes entrance and the Blue mountains as "leisure venues" and Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney as "City breaks". Every part of the journey was well planned and accommodation was excellent throughout.
I have travelled lots over the years and I normally book everything directly but in all honesty I could never have sorted this trip. It's not the booking that's the magic it is finding where to book!
Oh and we had a great few days in KL on the way back.

Wow wow wow. Long story short, my company started with Keeva a few month ago and I got assigned with Rory. Boy oh boy, he saved my life so many times at this point. I SUCK at booking my own stuff and so does my boss, honestly gets so overwhelming, but Ror makes all of our life so much easier. We asked Keeva to look for a special holiday to celebrate a significant birthday. We gave them a list of must haves and likes, including a budget. Amy very quickly came back with FIVE options all meeting the brief. We selected our holiday, paid the deposit via the link (very easy) and have received all the confirmation and travel documentation straight away. Will definitely be using Keeva for our next trip!
