When I bay something with one day deliver i accepted it next day maximum 2 days but not one weak Ewen not sanding out charge people for fast delivery but not deliver some clinching company without any respect to customer when write Ewen not responding

The steam mop is faulty
Try testing the equipment it’s not capable of being put together as the steam nozzle is in the wrong place I’ve read the instructions and it’s definitely faulty

Faulty product, terrible experience, no support
Faulty product, no trouble shooting or support - had to pay £60 shipping and now have to pack item up on pallet, take the wheels off and ship it back. No support whatsoever or attempt to resolve the issue - just a threat to charge me 15% restocking fee. Practically a scam.

This is the first time I've used this company and I would just like to say a massive thumbs up from ordering the product to receiving it.
The parcel came well wrapped and the delivery was very speedy had no problems at all so would definitely recommend the company.
