Dreadful and useless service

Dreadful service! 7 times I have contacted them regarding collection of a damaged table because no one collected (3 dates missed).
The item has now disappeared off the return items it's so late being collected!
Despite having been in contact with them they now won't collect because they require more information despite numerous emails.
Absolutely 💯 useless.
I didn't want to give them any stars!

Bought e-voucher, says it's being delivered by Evri??!!

Bought an e-voucher for Virgin experience days at Thorpe Park for a trip this weekend for my daughter's birthday. Have checked we did order the e-voucher and that is on the confirmation. However, the voucher didn't come through and now says it is being delivered by Evri!!!!????

Thoroughly disappointed

Thoroughly disappointed , my daughter wanted a new dryer, the one that was delivered on the 10th of March didn’t work, I’ve been trying to get it picked up since 16th. 3 no shows on pick up, now I’m been given the runaround no managers available to escalate to. I’m extremely dissapointed with the service offered and I will be cancelling my account based on this experience

Super fast delivery

Placed an order at 8.30pm last night for a Seasalt top (on standard delivery) and was amazed that it arrived this morning at 10.30am. Super fast delivery and item was slightly cheaper than buying directly from Seasalt. Great service. Thanks

Customer Service Non Existant

Avoid this company. I booked a collection for two large items for 13th April 2026. The collection has still not taken place 2 weeks later. It has been rearranged 4 times within that period and each time it doesnt occur. The items are around £400 and still on my bill which I am expected to pay. Each time I call I receive an apology and an assurance that it will not happen again and yet it does. I now have 4 complaints logged but no resolution. Absolutely abmissmal service. Its impossible to speak to a supervisor or manager. Dreadful experience.

Heed the warnings of everyone else

Heed the warnings of everyone else - £430 order placed 09 April for delivery by 28 April. Order not recieved - with no tracking updates or dispatch notification recieved. Freemans maintain item due for delivery and is in transit - I contacted the courier company who confirm the item has not even been dispatched from the retailer yet, much less scanned into their network and in transit for delivery.

Rang and requested cancellation, advised not possible. Now having to make a payment to their flexi3 credit card account for an item not received.

Freeman’s customer service agents appear to have a poor understanding of English and clearly read off pre approved scripts. I have been urged repeatedly to “please allow some time for delivery” and I asked how long before an order is considered missing to be told there is no timeframe for this. Could not recommend this company less!

Absolutely dreadful seller

Absolutely dreadful seller. Despite on selecting fast delivery and paying for it, after a week the item is still being pricessed. Contacting them is a pain as even before any conversation the customer service rep (barely speaking English) ask you so many questions you really wish you never called !
I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THAT DREADFUL SELLER !

Horrendous!

Horrendous is probably still to positive to describe this company. Ordered large items with a delivery between 15/04-18/04. No contact at all and didn't arrive. Complained and got a message from courier to arrange the delivery on 21/04. Arranged items to be delivered 23/04 and 24/04. Got a message 23/04 am from the courier to say they hadn't received the items to deliver after i had taken the day off, as I had to be in to receive them. Phoned customer service to say about issues and was told a case would be raised and someone would contact me. Then 24/04am, the same message for the second item! I have spoken to them again to say about the same issue the second day in a row, to be told that because I already have a complaint raised, I cant have another one! Only going to get an email with an update within 3 working days apparently! What about the two days I've taken off work???? Absolute shambles of a company!

Freemans/Scammers

I ordered goods which were delivered via Evri, none of them were of any use so I arranged a return and ordered replacements. When the every courier arrived I gave him two parcels to return to Freemans and asked for a receipt. He told me he did not issue receipts. I was unhappy and the next returns I had were sent back via local parcel shop I got a receipt. According to Freemans I have returned nothing despite me having provided copies of receipt and copies of Ring camera pics of Evri courier leaving here with two clearly marked Freemans parcels. Freemans want me to pay for everything I ordered over five separate orders. I returned over £500 of goods. Everytime their customer services email me back it’s a different person and everytime I have to provide item numbers, receipts and pictures. I have now sent them all four times but still they want them again

Shocking 🤦‍♀️

It’s like talking to a wall! My vacuum cleaner went wrong. I ordered one with Freemans. I paid extra in postage to get it the next day. They sent saucepans! I contacted them. They told me to re-order. This I did but they did too!! So now I’ve got two coming!!! I phone up to see where one or the other has got to? They tell me they’ll be with me “in about a week”! Why would I want to wait a week, when if they had got the first order correct, it would have been with me the next day?!! Told them to stick them and went and bought one from Argos!!! The two vacuums arrived. They sent Evri to collect the parcels but no stickers! So, Evri refused to take them. As phone calls and live chats are proving ineffectual, I thought I’d try e-mailing. Asked them to send Evri to collect them ASAP. Didn’t need another e-mail asking me when it’s convenient, just get on with it. Then close my account. Got a reply:-

I’ve arranged a collection for Thursday, 23 April 2026.

Please note that collections can take place during the following times:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
If this date isn’t convenient, please let us know as soon as possible so we can cancel the original request and arrange a new collection at a more suitable time.

Once the item has been collected, please allow up to 10 days for it to be processed and credited by our warehouse.

The day before collection: I try contacting Freemans and Evri because I have no stickers. Freemans have no agents at this time of night. Evri doesn’t have a tracking number!! I can’t print a label through Freemans because my two items are outside of the date range for returning 🙆‍♀️ They arranged to have the saucepans collected by Evri and I was sent a sticker. Why can’t they do the same with these piggin vacuum cleaners that are IN MY WAY!!!

Day of collection: Lovely day for Husband to take dog for a walk but he has to wait in while I’m out in case Evri does come and a sticker materialises. I get back and phone Freemans. Husband and dog go out. Relayed all this to lady on the phone. She prints two stickers with tomorrow’s date! Husband has had enough, plasters the stickers onto the boxes and carts them off to the corner shop. Evri turn up in the afternoon 🤷‍♀️

Keep checking to see my account return to zero. Then I’ll happily delete the app.

28/4: Looks like they’ve got the vacuum cleaners back because my account has now been reduced to £5.99. For goodness sake, another e-mail being sent asking why, as I paid an extra £5.99 for a vacuum cleaner to get to me the next day but they sent saucepans!!!

I’ve placed a few orders and the…

I’ve placed a few orders and the delivery dates originally given were not correct. Delivery with all but 1 item took ages. With my last item, it sat in the depo for nearly a month, delivery date changed 3 times. I called numerous times and the agents were unprofessional had to knowledge of what to do and one agent disconnected the call after going through DPA. A complaint was raised due to terrible service and that even went on for about 2 weeks as the complaints handled was off sick, no one else could deal with the complaint. I’ve now been offered month off my next order. I won’t be ordering anything else and will e closing my account. I would avoid Freemans and order elsewhere - terrible customer service and uncertainty of when Yourll get your products

Poor service.

Ordered an expensive bedding set, wrong bedding sent. Arranged collection, re-ordered bedding, once again wrong bedding sent. Arranged collection, driver didnt turn up. Won't be using again. Vwry poor service.

Freemans NOT interested in lost parcel

I placed my very 1st order with Freemans for a wedding outfit. Evri changed the delivery date, then changed the time twice the following day. Didn't arrive by 9pm as on the tracking & no further update. 3 days later tracking still says 'We're sorry we haven't been able to deliver today. We'll update your tracking when it's on the way on the next working day'. Today I used the online chat with Freemans & they weren't interested, asking lots of questions, basically wasting my time by saying it was delivered yesterday. I then contacted Evri using online chat & they confirmed it hadn't been delivered & will escalate it. It's so difficult to speak to a real person these days. Not impressed with Freemans & I still haven't received what I ordered for an upcoming wedding.

Total farce

Total farce. I cancelled my item the day after I ordered only to me sent a bill and when on the WeChat was told it wasn’t cancelled manually ( this has happened to me with 2 returns also ). I spoke to a Nigerian woman online called Montum who said just say no to the delivery as it’s on the way to you then it’ll take 3-4 weeks to cancel on my account !!! What !! Do t buy from them. Customer services are useless as they just quote a skript. Each time I ask to speak to a manager on three different occasions I was told none are available even though I said I hold I was hung upon. I was polite but was frustrated with the lack of communication. I would not recommend them. Still waiting to receive a cancelled order to the refuse delivery to then get a refund and close my Acc either Freemans. Never again !!!

Brilliant

Ive been trying to get a large item returned since 05 March. Been on live chat and customer service number to be told "someone will call you" I've been told that for 6 weeks, gave deliver dates and still have the item.

Terrible company. Terrible products.

If I could pick no stars I would
I ordered an air fryer it arrived damaged. No problem got in touch with customer service they sent out a new one and sent me a return label to send back the damaged one.
The next one that arrived came even more damaged. Again spent another hour on chat with customer service to get a return. No I do not want another broken replacement. They offered me 15% off on my next order with them which by the way does not cover electronics. No I want my refund.
The refund does not include the shipping I paid for 2 broken items.
I have also unsubscribed to their emails 3 days in a row. I don't understand why I am still receiving emails. Terrible company. Terrible products. Discount codes are a joke as you can't use them on most products on the site
