When you buy a bed from wish !

Eager and helpful to take your money . Delivery guys practically threw the 2 beds into my house . I had 5 problems with the bed I took photos and sent them to the company and they wouldn't even give me a discount . So because of that I sent 1 bed back due to it being worth £2.50 but I paid £370

They then charged me £60 for delivery ! So to and from my house £120 !! Spoke to the manager who clearly didn't want to speak to me and was up his own a.r.s.e. ... Had a snotty email from him 3 days ago .

Disregard the reply they will post to this because they have to justify their rubbish company . *****

Shame I can't attach photos because I have 5 of them about my cheap and flimsy bed ..!

Save your money go to IKEA .. don't buy off these clowns . 🤡

Delivered on arranged date and time. Packed well, nothing broken or missing. Following the picture instructions step by step looked daunting but was very easy. Managed to put it up in a small area on my own.
The pull out sofa bed that goes under the high bed was well padded, stuffed and feels good quality. We are very happy with the price, quality and delivery of the product, thank you!

I rang this company to check the stock of the same item and they were really helpful, confirmed stock and set delivery expectations and even gave me a 5% off voucher.

What a first rate company. I Had lots of questions which were all answered very promptly. I bought bunk beds, single bed and mattresses for my 3 young grandchildren. All came from different companies all of which delivered within just a few days, in excellent condition. Assembly instructions very straight forward. The delivery guys, particularly the two charming guys who delivered the Maxwell single bed, rang the company to double check everything we needed was in the single box. So kind and helpful. I can’t recommend this company enough. BRAVO!

Overall all was ok, apart from few panels was scratched and the delivery guys wasn’t helpful at all

SCAM!!!! Don’t bother buying from them as it will take to months to arrive, with part missing and broken. Customers service absolutely disgusting! Save your money and go elsewhere.

It was delivered within a few days, and I was well informed about the delivery time.
The bed was very well packaged, and in great condition.
I bought a mid-sleeper so there were 4 boxes and lots of parts. However, the instruction booklet is very clear and if you follow it and open the boxes as numbered, it’s really easy.
The bed is really nice and great quality. My little boy absolutely loves it!
