AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I was part of her closing down sale and I never got my order. I emailed to find out what was happening and was told that due to demand it would take a little longer. Four months later nothing happened and no update, I emailed and I was told the same excuse. It was only when I commented on an IG that she was working with that we started to see some money start coming through for refunds. Emily has now decided that she will do another sale and I would say avoid her at all costs.

What an awful company

What an awful company. I purchased back in March 2023 on the last day of the business knowing it was closing and we were all told there would be a wait for our items which was fine. Didn't expect that wait to be November. Finally got tracking info but I have never received the item. I have sent multiple emails to them and to to the insta page but never got a response and royal mail will only talk to them so I am out of pocket by £40. No wonder y she closed the business.

I was part of her live before Christmas…

I was part of her live before Christmas and bid on a couple of items. I entered the number she had called out and she made an excuse that the numbers & usernames she chose weren’t showing for others on the live. At one stage I was the first to bid and she called out a username that bid on the item after multiple others wrote the number. I loved her stuff but tbh I think she just chose people who were previous customers as some users were announced multiple times and a few people hardly got a look in! Really disappointed

Absolutely Unethical Business Owner

I have given Emily the benefit of the doubt for 11 months. I placed an order during an Instagram live “going out of business” sale. After multiple emails and several months asking about my item, I was told Emily was the only person who could issue a refund. After that, my multiple emails and messages have been read and ignored. She also blocks anyone who speaks ill of her business from her new IG Lives and has comments turned off. It’s so sad to think that someone can steal so much money and make no effort to make things right, and more sad that she continues to do so.

Terrible business owner.

Been chasing an item for a whole year, the item was sent out wrong so returned it to exchange for the one I did order. Never heard anything for 10 months and the item arrived today but it’s the same wrong item I sent back in November 2022. Fed up of trying to sort this so will accept the item but I’m really not happy about it but least I have something when I was declined a refund.

Human and she should be ashamed of herself. They way she treats people by pretending she’s shutting down her company so people spend money then doesn’t she’s done it time and time again she’s a con artist. So once you’ve spent with her she closes doesn’t send item them re sells it when she opens her shop a month later. BE AWARE OF HER!!!

Don’t waste your time

If I could give this company zero I would.
I did initially have a positive experience with the company but my latest experience was just unbelievable. I made an order on 31st of January 2023 after being told several designs were leaving the website the next day (which they did not) and despite an order worth almost £200, I had numerous emails and messages on Instagram ignored and finally requested a refund through PayPal in June, which they also did not respond too. And even though my order my January was still outstanding, the owner felt is appropriate to open the store again for “closing down” orders which I found disgusting.

Items Arrived

I received an email to say my order has been shipped and have received my order this morning (09/11/2023). Hopefully means people will receive their orders soon. Just very sad it had to take 8 months but love the item I've received.

Adding my voice to the many

Adding my voice to the many! Ordered in March and heard nothing so emailed a couple of times and did get a reply from Ruth saying Emily still working through orders. Emailed again 06/10 and it bounced back saying it was closed. No response on insta. I’m £120 down and can’t do a PayPal claim as time has expired. This woman has effectively stolen my money. She has set up a new business Lilian Eva Photography and more than likely used everyone’s money to set that up. What a truly awful human being.

Customer Support non existant

After my third email chasing for my order from 7 months ago I had a bounceback email that their customer support email address is no longer valid. They don't respond on Instagram and her personal account is also dormant in terms of customer support
Safe to say shes ran off with our money to start her new business as a wedding photographer

AVOID!

ordered from this company during her closing down sale as always loved her products. It's six months later and I still haven't received anything, comments on instagram get deleted. Emails get ignored. Messages get ignored. She's stolen thousands of pounds from people during a cost of living crisis. If anyone has reported this to the police can you please contact me so I can also do this? Facebook me under Robyn Vanner

Happy to take money. Not happy to deliver.

Ordered in March. I understood that it would take a little while due to demand and my trip wasn't until September. Unfortunately nearly 6 months later and still no sign of my order. Contacted on several occasions for an update/estimated delivery date. Only received a reply to some of the emails. Eventually asked for a refund only to be told that they weren't able (I.e. willing) to give one and still no date. Ended up having to claim through the bank. Appalling service. Order from other companies on Etsy for better products and service.

I trusted this person - now reported to the police.

I trusted this person. Placed an order on 30 March 2022. No updates. Didn’t mither her, didn’t email her.
Quite frankly - she HAS scammed multiple people. Given the other people she has scammed (if you join Disneyland groups you’ll see hundreds), we’ve now collectively reported this to the police as fraud.

My wife ordered goods in February and it still hasn't been delivered nearly 8 months later. Continues to 'sell' to others despite not sending her purchase. Do not buy from this person.

Rude and unapologetic, right to the end

I hadn’t intended on writing this review, as all of the other one star reviews already covered everything I had to say. Until today.

I, like many, many others, placed an order in the ‘end of business sale’, in March, 5 months ago. I, like many, many others, have never received my order.

This alone is terrible. Waiting 5 months for an order that never comes justifies a one star rating alone. However, this isn’t what has caused me to write this review.

The reason why I am writing this review is due to the attitude of the business owner. As many others have stated, they have attempted to contact her in regards to their orders, and either have not heard anything back, or have been given a vague, non-committal response, with absolutely no real indication of when they are due to receive their orders.

The business owner has refused to apologise to anyone for the insane delays to their order, and has instead, decided to double down on her sob story of having to do aaaaall these orders all on her own, and even has the audacity to blame her loyal customers for the delay!!

Her latest instagram story, word for word - ‘You all have every right to do as you see fit with your order but please know whatever PayPal case/chargeback that’s opened only wastes my time more making items that are no longer needed and is massively slowing the process down so I’m asking one final time for patience’. This is some of the most disgusting customer service I have ever witnessed. People have handed you hundreds of pounds of their money, have waited 5 months, and not only have they not received the order, but have received no meaningful communication about their order (if any communication at all!) and THIS is how she responds? Blaming her loyal customers for the delay because they’ve had the audacity to claim their money back after waiting so long and receiving nothing?! It’s absolutely vile behaviour.

All she had to do was be honest with her customers. Communicate. Send out a heartfelt apology to everyone for the fact that she clearly bit off more than she could chew with this ‘closing down sale’. Be humble about it. Be honest. Be apologetic. Another direct quote from the owner - ‘I’m not going to sit here and and go into the who’s and what’s of why orders have taken so long but they are being made’. I’m sorry, what? You OWE your customers, whose money you took 5 months ago (some even longer) an explanation. You OWE them to go into the ‘who’s and what’s of why orders have taken so long’. You can’t take peoples money, keep it for 5 months, and then refuse to explain why people aren’t getting the goods they paid for! What kind of horrendous customer service is that?!

Customers are owed an explanation. Sure, many people will still be annoyed that they haven’t received their orders, but I’m sure people would have been much more understanding if she had actually admitted her mistake and apologised, instead of doubling down and actually blaming her customers for the delay.

The business owner actually had the audacity to post on social media a couple of months ago that she was considering re-opening the business, and ran a poll asking if people would be interested in her re-opening! I’m assuming, due to the fact that she’s gone quiet on this, the poll indicated a resounding no, but again, just the audacity of the business owner to pull in over 1000 orders (her figures, from her social media during the closing down sale) by telling everyone she’s closing, taking the money, not sending out orders, refusing to apologise/give actual updates on the situation, and then even considering the possibility of re-opening! How many of those 1000 orders were only placed because the business was closing and it was last chance? I’d say almost all. It doesn’t appear the business will re-open, but the fact that the owner even thought about it screams fraudulent, scam, tell people I’m closing, get a ton of money from a ‘closing down sale’, only to then re-open, with a load of money in my pocket I wouldn’t have had otherwise. Disgusting.

Final comment. During her Instagram live during the closing down sale, a customer asked the business owner when to expect their order, as they had a trip to Walt Disney World planned for the start of September and they needed it before then. The owner, in a laughing, flippant tone, responded that of course, they absolutely would have their order by the start of September. As if it was a stupid question to ask. Here we are at the end of August…it appears the vast majority have not received their order. Doesn’t seem such a stupid question now, does it?

Claim your money back from PayPal/your bank if you can. And never, ever give this woman another penny of your money, in any of her future business ventures.

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order in her closing down sale and still haven’t received anything. Sent multiple emails that went ignored until I finally got a reply from someone call Ruth who had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My comments also went ignored on social media and I saw recently she just deletes any comments about orders. I claimed the money back through my bank in the end.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

I placed an order at the end of March. After sending numerous emails asking where my order was, I kept being told that it would be '6-8 weeks from now'. I received this email a few times. The delivery date kept pushing on and on. I asked a couple of times for a refund to be ignored. Comments on social media keep being deleted. I finally managed to get my money back after opening a PayPal dispute (there was no contact with Kingdom Threads via PayPal either. The claim went ignored). I know there are many customers who have been in the same position so I urge you all to open a PayPal dispute before it's too late.

Claim back your money through PayPal

Still never received my order since March! I finally managed to get a full refund due to opening up a claim through PayPal. If you have purchased and paid with PayPal, claim back through them as you won’t have no luck email this company to get your order or money back!
