I ordered a purple muscle t-shirt…Got a black bra instead

I ordered a purple muscle t-shirt through kingsize.com. I received a black bra. Kingsize said that if I want a refund, I can either take it in store credit or have them charge me a processing fee of $10.99 for processing the refund to my credit card. I do not want an e-gift card that can only be used at kingsize. I want my money back considering they refuse to provide me with the actual thing I ordered. They sent me a label to bring to a local UPS store to "drop off" a return, btu the UPS Store wouldn't take it because the return label said I was returning a purple T-shirt, and I brought back the black bra. I tried calling their customer service number, and got no answer, then called again, and got someone who sent me another label to print and ship the item back myself (guess I'm out the cost of packaging, now), and it will likely take weeks for me to get an actual refund.

Was told the same thing. Never happened. Called 24 hours later and got same story. They stole over $230 from a widow. Disgusting.

i ordered n PAID W MY BANKING ACCOUNT A BUNCH OF STUFF FOR MY HUSBAND .one item was not only wrong it was also a different size i called them n they said im sorry send it back n right now ill get u the right one sent! well i sent wrong one bacj but right one NEVER CAME N IT WAS BLACKBERRY EXPENSIVE ZIP UP JACKET . Now starting in Feb. im getting calls from comenity bank saying i owe them$300 for KINGSIZE N IM LIKE WTH ARE U TALKING ABOUT I PAID OUTA MY BANK EVERY PURCHASE I can see it IN MY BANKING ONLINE! im so sick of the calls n take pride i. having perfect credit so i just paid comenity bank $306,57 to keep perfect credit for God knows what they are saying i owe for DO NOT SHOP W THEM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS N THEY WILL ROB U .. n ive still never received the jacket i sent one back for!! im so so upset n by the way im a senior drawing $1237 a month so just now paying off something i do not owe for cost 1/4 of my monthly income while I’m sure some CEO OR UPPER MANAGEMENT HAVING A BIG COOKOUT OR AND EATING STEAK N SHRIMP WHEN IM GOING NOW TO BUY 5 pks of meat for $19.99 to last all week!!! insanely horrible cust serv…

I started out by asking for a supervisor they asked me for my zip code. They could not get my zip code, right? This is on the phone.
Before I could give my phone number, the agent hung up on me. I called back, got another agent. They could not get my phone number. Correct, I asked to speak to a supervisor they lied and said a supervisor cannot process returns. They have, they never had a supervisor called me back.I'm still trying to get this return processed and their ads are very deceptive, as far as pricing goes

Defective product

Defective product, took 3 phone calls and 3 chats to get a replacement. Had to call to ask them to not charge shipping on this exchange.
Will not be buying from them again.

Bad order

The entire order was wrong. If I could give this company -5 I would. Bought 3 pairs of pants. Confirmation was correct but that's all that was right. Since we need the product, I will have them altered to fit. I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESSEITH THIS COMPANY.

Please do not give your information to this company. Do not give your card information. You name your address to this company. This is a fraudulent company. I’m not even sure if they’re real. Customer Service is extremely rude. Never got my product no updates no email confirmation that it was shipped, but they claimed that it was no tracking information. I called 3 times in. 1 month each time they said my order is shipped and on the way and said they apologized for the delay. They first time they said they needed to verify my card no email notification for that just waiting for me to call I guess after that I called every week and half. Kept getting told that my order was on the way . Never received it. Customer Service was extremely rude. They couldn’t provide any of the tracking information from before the order. They said that they shipped, but they took my money. I gave all my card details over the phone to this company again after I already paid it online . I never got my order No nothing this is an awful company. Do not give your card information your address of these people.

4.5 MONTH backorder, cannot cancel..

Places an order for slippers(on 4/18/26) 17 xx wide. Item is backordered until 9/1/26 (not a typo, September 1 2026)
Called them up to cancel the order, they say it's still in process and due to the backorder, my card will not be charged until shipped. Checked my card, I was charged the full amount at time of purchase. The agent stated the order cannot be cancelled until it is processed. LOTS of double-speak. Obviously this company cannot be trusted. I would it recommended using this company or their long list of related companies for anything.

inability to perform duties and empty words

They won't give me my clothes! Before, I thought it was because I wasn't scanning the QR code with Venmo, which for some reason Kingsize can't possibly comprehend. Then, when I finally got it down, meaning I received the order numbers for their related orders, they ended up flagging it because " The shipping address and mailing address were different" and also because for some reason Kingsize registered the payment as PayPal, which Kingsize also can't seem to comprehend. Even worse, when I finally got a call from one of their representatives regarding the flagging, she said she has now "released it" (from flagging presumably) per my permission. Now, the first order (my shirts) have went through, and they took my money explicitly. My order for the pants, are now pending. Considering the words of the seemingly kind representative, that order should be imicitly confirmed. However, both of the orders have dissapeared from my account. Both on the 'order history' and 'track my order' sections. I have no other avenues for clothing, Kingsize ONLINE is all I have. I have no choice but to conclude that Kingsize, and the representatives, are a terrible service full of empty promises and most likely passive aggressive liars who give bologna reasons for their inability to perform their jobs and fulfill their duties. The only thing they're good at, evidently, is holding onto my money completely irrelevant as to whether or not the order "officially" went through or not. It's depressing, but unfortunately true. I have screenshots and PDFs of oder numbers and call records to prove my case. Weirdly, the phone number she used to call back was different than the 1 (800) 477-0198 number.

My wife & I ordered 4 coats throug the king size catalog when we got them 1 the zipper was broken I retuned it the end of Jan or beginning of February I got the same broken coat back on the 10th of April I called & i called &they say I'm sending to late but they sent it back & there not seeing it or not understanding English so I would advise anyone not to buy through them it's more of a heads h than it's worth they are not high enough quality to make it worth my problembs

Package was paid for and ordered. Customer service said it was delivered.... NO PACKAGE EVER WAS DELIVERED. AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS DELIVERED AND TOUGH LUCK. SCAMMMMMMMMMMMM OR SHITTY CUSTOMER SERVICE. JUST DONT.

Kingsize overcharge on shirts order

I ordered 8 shirts from Kingsize and was shipped 6 shirts. 2 of the shirts I received were not the shirts I ordered and were the incorrect size. I returned the 2 shirts and was told the shirts that I originally ordered are on back order. When I checked my credit card statement, I saw that I was overcharged by $52.83. I called their customer service and spoke to 3 different representatives. I was told the $52.83 charge was for a back order but I did not authorize this charge and the amount they charged me is higher than the amount of my original order. Needless to say, I was not happy and have not been refunded the amount they overcharged me. I filed a dispute with my credit card company for this mischarge. I will never order anything again from this company. I would advise others to stay away from this company.

worst clothing company i have ever dealt supervisor and customer service sucks!

If i could give zero stars i would. dealing with this store has been a nightmare. returned 3 fila sweatsuits and they only gave me a gift card for two, for a whole month i been contacting them each time even a supervisor said they would issue a refund for the balance in 24-48hours guess what i never received it. the customer service really sucks. i finally had to open a dispute on them. i will never deal with this company again. A whole month of going through something that they confirmed was messed up is insane

For 9 months, they signed me up for rewards program charging. My credit card $18.60 a month, which I did not sign up for. No more business from me.

Charged twice for same order

Charged twice for same order. Still not refunded. Also, shipping prices are inappropriate. You could ship a Buick for what they charge. If I’m going to waste money, I'd rather waste it by making it rain at the strip joint.

Spammers and Scammers

Very low end shirts. They will spam you. If you try to opt out, they just send you to their site that demands you enable all their cookies. Do not go to their site. When they start spamming you, just keep reporting them. Obviously I will never do business with them again.
