Purchased an 8XLT winter jacket as a special request from a customer. I paid for UPS Next Day delivery as it was time sensitive. Received the jacket the next day as promised but the zipper was broken. When chatting with customer service, getting a new jacket was not an option. I would have to send the broken jacket back for a refund and order a new jacket at my expense until the return had been checked in by their receiving department. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ANY SHIPPING AND WOULD ONLY OFFER STANDARD SHIPPING FOR THE NEW JACKET.
Shipping Error Five Times In A Row
I just received my fifth mis-order from this company. Customer service says that machines are doing the warehouse stock picking for orders. Which makes me double perplexed that I've had this problem. Five times in a row, I've ordered one specific item and have received another (wrong item). I don't know how they continue to exist!!
Where did MY KingSize go?
I used to shop exclusively with KingSize. They were a great alternative to XL Big and Tall, as good if not better quality and much, much cheaper, but in the last 2 years, their prices have tripled. They are no different now than every other overpriced big and tall retailer.
Ordered 5 pair men's expandable waist…
Ordered 5 pair men's expandable waist dress pants 36x34. Received one for 48x40. The rest were 36x40. I'm between just returning them or hemming them myself. I will wash them 1st and see if they fall apart or shrink. Also want to see if I really get my money back on the return of the 48x40 pair. I do know I will NEVER shop here again.
Quality is garbage
Way over priced... the quality is garbage... sewing is just ridiculous not consistent. The fabric itself is super cheap. Ohh and all made in Bangladesh so why 40$ for a polo?

Ordered 3 shirts via their order blank in their catalog. Spaces on the v order black are painfully small. Got an email a few days later stating assists were in stock and would be shipped in 3-5 days. First shirt arrived in 7 business days, the second one in 21 days, and, as of this writing, I have yet to receive the 3rd. It's been 25 business days and I still have yet to receive it. Their customer service is worthless. Offered me a 25% discount on my next order! Like I'll ever order from them again!

After I could not find a particular pant (Konckarounds Elastic Waist Pant) in "Big" size family (no button to select it) I emailed customer service. After a back and forth with a customer service person who at first did not seem to know the difference between "Big" size family and "Tall" size family she finally said the pant only came in "Tall" but to order the cargo version as it it came in "Big". When I complained that the cargo version was not on sale I pretty much got a 'too bad so sad' kind of thing. I ended up ordering the cargo version. There was a selection button for "Big" sizes and it said "Big" in the cart and guess what? They sent me a "Tall". It says "Tall" on the sticker on the clear bag it's in and on the inside garment tag. I ordered a pair of shoes because my feet are very wide and I needed a pair for the gym. After I put in the order I started looking for reviews. They were all great on the website itself which I assume were all fake or paid for because every review I found outside on the website they own are terrible. I got worried so I canceled my order that was still in processing but they kept all the money and customer service ghosted me. They refuse to give back my 120 dollars even though the order itself not the shoes was still in processing. And they removed my order history as well. They're also known to giving out free shipping if you sign up of their rewards program which is super easy to sign up for just input email but the only way to unsubscribe is to call customer service directly and it cost 18 dollars a month.
Just go to in person specialist stores for large clothes. You'd save money buying custom fitted clothes and they will last longer

I would give 1/2 star if I could. My account was paid off in July, however, they billed $30 for a late fee, I called them and as a courtesy they removed the late fee. I’ve not bought anything since, I got a bill today for $63, two late fees now, I called again and said “close the account.” I was told I still owe the late fees, again I said “close the account,” was told I will still be billed a late fees of $30 a month until I pay it off. Customer service is terrible, I will never buy from KingSize again and I will NOT recommend them to anyone!

They don't even deserve one start. Absolute shit company to work with. Held the order for over a week after I was told multiple times it has been 'released', what ever that means. This purchase was made for our company and they kept it on a credit hold, then kept it out of processing for another 5 days.
They triple charged my card
They triple charged my card. Now they are telling me they can do nothing till Monday business hours. I call BS. They can place my order anytime….they can fix it anytime.
Employees have heavy foreign accent, can barely speak English. All items were in stock when I placed the order, now shows one is back ordered till Nov.
I am going to cancel the entire order and will deal with somebody else in the future.

They lie about dates you should receive your items. Customer service is rude. They won't refund my money back. I will never order from this company again. I'm reporting to all social media and other important places.
Disappointing Customer Service – Beware of Shipping Policy
I updated my address on the KingSize website before ordering and confirmed it on PayPal, but my package still went to the old address. Customer service responded slowly and told me once an order hits the warehouse, they can’t change anything—even if it hasn’t shipped. I never received my order, and they made it clear they’re not liable for undelivered items. That’s a terrible policy and even worse service. Shop elsewhere if you expect accountability.

NEVER ORDER FROM KING SIZE CLOTHING. I would rate King Size 0 if possible. I ordered 2 different orders. I wanted them quickly for a special holiday and was given a date the orders would arrive so I decided on expedited shipping. The expedited shipping was quite expensive. The orders never came until days after the date of delivery I was given. I contacted customer service to refund the expedited shipping cost on 2 different times and they would not. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and am waiting for a response. I suggest that anyone who has a complaint with King Size to file a complaint with BBB. Horrible customer service and clothing that is cheaply made.

Wish I'd of found these reviews before ordering. Ordered a shirt they charged me almost $12 for handling fee.
I got the shirt that was supposed to be a gauze light-weight summer shirt. It was HEAVY you could wear in the winter AND the buttons are sewn on the wrong side.
They'll take the return, but out of my $50 it cost me, all I'll get back after they charge me a return fee is $26.
If I choose store credit all I'll get back it the cost of the shirt which is $36 AND when I order again with that credit, deduct the $12 for handling fee and you have $24 balance. What are you going to get for that? A pair of socks?
I'll never buy anything from these jokers again. My advice is to shop elsewhere. It's just not worth the risk. AVOID shopping here. Buyer Beware.

Ordered a linen shirt last week and they put clearly on their website that they usually take one business day to get the item ready for dispatch! Now it has been a week, no updates! I called and they told me that the item had been dispatched and paperwork prepared ! I asked what does that mean and when will the order arrive or at least start moving to me , she said “ I don’t know “ ! I should gave read the reviews here before ordering as apparently they are a scam
