Kip feels like home - a small company, with a very personal service and the best selection of places to stay. Far better than the generic cottage booking sites out there. Our visit to The Dell was wonderful and we can’t thank you all enough!

I actually don’t even know where to begin - this place is just magic. The cosiest cottage you ever did see (and stay in!) We were so sad to leave but feel equally as lucky to have found such a gem. We hope to visit again! The most wonderful hosts.

Foxearth is the most beautiful cottage—warm, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The attention to detail is exceptional, with décor and styling that feel both stylish and genuinely welcoming. It is the quietest place we have ever stayed: by day, nothing but birdsong; by night, the calls of owls. And a private starshow to take your breath away! Fantastic care and attention from the owners - nothing was too much trouble. We loved it and will return!

The most magical cabin in a beautiful part of Wales. We had such a special time. The cabin is well stocked and has everything you could want. The bed is so comfy, we never put the blinds down so that we could wake up with that phenomenal view. Really need to use the what 3 words app to find the cabin, and be prepared to walk an incline. But you know you are happily nestled away from the world inside.

We had a wonderful stay in the Peak District taking advantage of a 3 nights for 2 offer something which made it excellent value for money. Smooth booking process and stay although we didn't need to contact Kip so cannot comment on their communication had there been any issues (luckily there wasn't any!). Wouldn't hesitate to book through Kip again.

We stayed here for our mini-moon last week and absolutely loved it! The location was stunning—quiet, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property itself was finished to an exceptionally high standard and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The hosts were fantastic—clear, helpful, and welcoming. They provided a thoughtful welcome pack along with great recommendations for things to do in the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil escape.

We had a lovely, if wet, weekend. The accommodation was very well appointed & we found everything that we needed. The beds were extremely comfy with great bed linen & pillows, lots of hot water for showers & lovely smelling shampoo etc.
The fire was a great boon, once we worked out where the air flow was operated from! We did have to move chairs around in order to accommodate us all, but that was ok.
Only downside is patchy wifi, however we were told about this at the time so didn't cause us a problem but might be tricky if you were working.
Would love to go back when the weather is better & make the most of the local countryside. Would definitely recommend it.

We had such a wonderful weekend at the cabin. It was equipped with everything we needed and surrounded in beautiful nature.

We had the most beautiful stay in the Nomad House in Ramsgate for a girls weekend. Such a stunning house with beautiful interiors, a peaceful setting and even views of the sea to wake up to. So many nice little touches to make he stay special - including a real, beautifully decorated christmas tree. We will definitely be back. Thank you :)

The support at Kip Hideaway was excellent. Easy to reach, every question promptly answered. East Cottage in Dungeness was perfection. I don't believe I've ever stayed at such a well appointed rental. From Down pillows to firewood, everything was beautifully executed.

The most perfect stay. All details and comforts considered.
The Hop pickers was situated in such a beautiful part of the country with so much around to do. However I did not want to leave the comforts of the fire and Cosy snuggle seat with my book.

A lovely property, very clean, comfortable, tidy and well equipped.

We were given a voucher to use for a night away. As we have a young baby we have struggled to find time to actually book and thus contacted Kip about extending our voucher. This was a flat out no. (Great!)
When we have tried to Find alternative dates this hasn’t been easy , otherwise we lose this voucher and have found the website to not be transparent.
Child friendly options are not all equal.

Our baby is over a year and not all the “child friendly options” allow children over a year. (This is not clear!)

Also, when trying to book a place we were told that prices were “from x£”… not explicitly - 180 for week days vs 250 per weekend days…
These are pretty big minuses for this site, which we were initially excited to use.
But not anymore and not keen to use again.

The romance of the narrow boat was wonderful. I couldn't believe my good fortune at finding this offering. The location couldn't have been better. Paddington station and many restaurants were close by. The light reflecting off the water flickered inside the living space. We watched ducks and geese. The host was in contact and super helpful at all times, especially when one of us had a illness and needed urgent care. The wood fire was so cozy and welcoming. We had no trouble keeping warm. It was just a bit too small for our party of four adults staying for a week. Hooks on the wall for coats and towels would have been helpful. And a blow up mattress for our 23 year old grandson would have increased his comfort. All in all, it was a fantastic stay in London. We all would do it all again.

The Cottage was very lovely, beautifully furnished. A great place to stay when exploring and discovering Whitstable.

The Arbor Bothy is located in a quiet little town with incredible fall colors during October. The hosts were friendly and the place is cute and comfortable. We enjoyed the peace quiet with only the sounds of nature.

This was our first visit to a Hideaway - and we shall be back for more. The site is easy to navigate, and the response and organisation that followed was well ordered and quick. We chose Hop Pickers House which was a peach of a cottage, and we look forward to trying out a few more in the coming years.
