Up until the point of delivery I would have given this company 4 stars, but 8 months later I am still waiting for missing and damaged parts. I am constantly having to chase and receiving substandard... Voir plus

The kitchen on the whole is ok but we had huge problems with damaged doors on delivery. This has caused delay and I have now lost the kitchen fitter for 5 weeks as he has gone on to do another job. All in all 6 attempts before we finally received the integrated fridge door intact! I spoke to a "manager" who was overly polite to the point of facetiousness as well as patronising with over use of my name. He refused to take responsibility blaming the courier, when I asked for their contact details he refused. I now have to bear the costs of the kitchen fitter returning to fit the final doors with the company not interested in my problem

We are very sorry that you had issues with delivery of the replacement fridge door. With any remedial items we try and arrange direct deliveries to our customers to speed up the time frame.
I can see that every time you reported a damage we obviously did arrange for the supplier to send another door, however despite the level of packaging the end carrier clearly did not take the required care needed .
We passed your experiences onto our supplier who has since switched courier partners as a result of these types of issues.
We are pleased that on the whole you are happy with your kitchen and do hope the issue with the replacement door will not spoil your future enjoyment of the kitchen .

Extremely Stressful and Poor Service from Kitchen Collection (UK)
We had an extremely stressful experience dealing with Kitchen Collection (kitchencollection.co.uk). The kitchen was ordered at the start of December 2017 but was not completed until March 2018! All that time we were without a hob and oven to cook on. Initially the service was good up until the point we paid (over £5000) and then the problems started:
- The order was delayed and kitchen was not delivered on the date proposed.
- The oven housing and the top boxes were the wrong dimensions (their error).
- Draw fronts were missing and not attached to some cabinets.
All this cost us more in installation because the kitchen fitter couldn't do his job.
It was a 'battle' to get everything to be delivered correctly.
- The oven housing was re-delivered and was the wrong size, again!
- The doors were delayed and some delivered the wrong size
More delays - more cost! We had to constantly chase Kitchen Collection by email and phone and the number ran into double figures. We would be told they would call us back, then no response.
We purchased the kitchen as ready assembled and easy to fit and in the end we had to customise it with what we had been supplied.
Overall an extremely stressful experience with Kitchen Collection and we would NEVER buy from them again or can recommend anyone to use them.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review we are of course very sorry that clearly you are less than happy with your experience.
We take any issues that customers have very seriously and have therefore carried out a full check into the points you have made in your review.
Regarding the delivery date we can see that your kitchen was scheduled for delivery on January 30th which we confirmed by email on the 1st January.
On the 30th January we contacted you by email and telephone to confirm that delivery would at approximately 9.30am.
The oven housing that was supplied was made bespoke and not based on standard units in order to accommodate your requirements, unfortunately it wasn’t made to your exact requirements which would have necessitated a change of shelf positions on site to work with your appliances. Rather than this we supplied a new oven housing which needed one additional shelf and door .
The top boxes which were delivered were 2mm taller and although within manufacturing tolerances we did explain how this could be overcome on site for your alignments. However ultimately to resolve the 2mm difference we supplied a new wall unit to match with your alignments.
There were 4no. drawer fronts that had to follow on after the delivery as they were unfortunately out of stock.
Regardless of the above we do hope that all issues have now been successfully resolved and that you're enjoying your new kitchen.
