Approach with caution!
UPDATE: Yes, they did FINALLY gave me some of my cashback but only HALF of the amount I waited for for almost a year (giving me some long-winded explanation that didn't really make sense as they had promised a different amount after calculating everything previously). They also still owe me money for transactions made a year ago. Finally, they had ignored numerous attempts to contact for many months. Hence they are getting 2 instead of 1 star... for now. I know you can do better Kiwiwallet!
I used to be pretty happy with them until a substantial cashback I earned is still not paid after 7 months and they are not even answering my queries now. Very disappointing. They fogged me off for weeks saying they were waiting for the airline to confirm I travelled. 7 months later I'm still waiting for the $100 I was promised. Don't promise what you can't deliver! This is just one of a number of cashbacks still pending in my account (some of which are overdue by a year!). Disgusting really.

Dodgy!
A cunning company. I waited for my cashback for 20 weeks, almost 5 months (!!), repeatedly reminded them of myself and even then I've got only a half that promised. No way I recommend this. Only if you have a spare time, you are bored or you are ready to drag them to court. One star is way too much for them - I would put a minus one star! It was my sad experience to get a cashback from them and I will share it to every person I know! Never again.

You made the purchase on AliExpress on 22 August and we paid the cashback on 08 January which is 139 days. Normally AliExpress cashback is paid within 8-12 weeks. But in some cases with regards to AliExpress cashback, it can take up to 180 days due to AliExpress delivery/returns times plus their buyer protection. All our cashback rates are clearly mentioned on our website and we paid you that accordingly. All our retailer's page on our website has three sections 1) description about the retailer 2) deals and cashback rates 3) Terms and conditions related to the retailer, it provides a transparent overview of the retailer and cashback rates offered by Kiwiwallet.
We would greatly appreciate if you reconsidered your review for Kiwiwallet. We think we deserve higher ratings.
