My issues were handled by Rebecca. We struggled to get to where we needed to be but Rebecca had a resolution in each email whilst we worked out what the problem was. She got back to me quickly and clearly and we eventually managed to resolve my issue. Rebecca was informative, patient and friendly throughout our correspondence. Rang the helpline due to my delivery by DPD not being fulfilled…. Got through to Rebecca who was amazing! Told her my wife was expecting and Krispy Kreme were her cravings. Me being in Swansea, I was unable to deliver them to her in Driffield so Rebecca resent the order and gave me a voucher for next time. It was not needed but it was greatly appreciated and, I’m sure it’ll be greatly appreciated by the wife!
Once again, thank you Rebecca for you kindness towards my wife and I, it’s people like yourself who make bad customer service experience that much better!
