Had Kristiankiel watch for about 5 years. So far so good. The strap is cheap and needed to be replace soon but the mechanism itself still works well. Wish they would get away from the “genuine leather” and go to full grain or top grain. Would improve the watch experience substantially.
Bought a watch in a hotel while in Spain. I was on a cruise and by the time I realized the date didn’t work on the watch we had left port. When I got back to the US I contacted customer service and was told to send it back. After about 6 weeks I got the watch back and still didn’t work. I once again contacted customer service and after several weeks without response I repeated my effort. The replied the inquiry had been overlooked some how and apologized. They said they would send a new replacement and when I got it to send the old one back. Amazingly the replacement did not work as it had a stem issue and could not be wound. I took both watches to a very credible jewelry shop that has an in store watch repair service and they advised they couldn’t get into the watches as there is some type of proprietary entrance system. I have given up and simply just wear the one with the broken date. Buyer beware when buying an unknown brand in a foreign country. Great looking watch but….
Very nice and good watch . After a small problem I received a brand new watch and a gift . Very good service !!
At the end of last year (Christmas 2022) we bought several Kristian Kiel watches in a luxury hotel in Madrid.
If all the watches are very nice, they stay as new after wearing them ....
Allthought we had a problem with the strap of one of these watches.
I contacted the customer service to explain the problem and ask them to find a solution because the watch is still under warancy ...
I sent them pictures of the invoice and the damage on the strap.
Customer service admitted there was a problem with the strap of this watch and told me the watch would go out of the collection for this reason.
The customer service contacted me and did a very fair proposal to solve the problem.
I thank them for that.
Conclusion: Nice and elegant watches (especialy the lady models are elegant) for the price you have to pay.
