Dont get a car from here.

Please beaware, finaly got the car i had off this lot rejected,it went back over 3 times to be fixed,came back worse.ACE enginerring wete called in to do a check of my car,it was a 5 page write up.Steer well clear,you have been warned,Ps i had to pay trainfair each time,also the gave me a courtesey car,ond had ilegal tyres, other took several atempts to start and was filthy in side,keep away.

Had a Mercedes amg

Had a Mercedes amg. So far cost an extra 13,000. Engine had been changed for an old one. Had a crack in the head block. Engine blew. Wouldn’t retain coolant.miles on the clock 55,000. Engine miles more like 100,000. Also used non waterproof tape to stick coolant junction leak. These are cowboys. Make the cars look nice to hide a mess under the body. Need closing down. They’re rude and speak in Indian in front of you. Mechanic there is useless.

Brought a car from krk motors.

Brought a car from krk motors.. one month ago:: audi Q7 i am so impressed. customer service was wonderful. got the car delivered to wales on time and exactly as described to me. I recommend this garage to anyone.. great price also.. the men here don’t try and sell you rubbish they actually care about there customers.. thankyou so much

If I could give 0 stars I would. I read reviews on this garage before visiting and due to the mixed reviews and dates of the reviews, went ahead anyway - please DO NOT make the same mistake as me… AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

I visited the garage to have my springs repaired which they did. I was told £240 for cash. Due to finishing late they promised me an invoice the next day. Which I agreed too for them doing the work at such short notice. I later visited KRK to obtain the invoice, which was happily provided.

Following this repair there were a series of issues uncovered due to their shoddy workmanship. We went back the morning after the work was completed and the following day after that aswell. We were assured the new issues were nothing to do with the work they completed and it was just an unfortunate coincidence. We trusted their word!! Big mistake…

Due to them not being able to get my car back in for the new work to be completed we went to another garage. We took them at their word when they said they had not caused the new issue! Lo and behold the new garage confirmed that by incorrectly fitting the springs it had subsequently caused further damage. A direct result of them incorrectly fitting the springs!

I went back to KRK with the invoice for the work they did and the work completed by the other garage - which we only went to as KRK could not fit us in and they confirmed they weren’t going to do anything as we should have gone back to them in the first place - which we did, not only once but twice!

KRK are disputing that despite taking the car back twice we shouldn’t have gone to another garage for the repair and they believe they should not reimburse us the additional costs incurred in making the vehicle road safe.

And, to rub salt into the wounds they retained their invoice, screwed it up and said we couldn’t have it back as they didn’t put VAT on which was why they wanted cash for the job in the first place!!!

Edit: the company are now denying any knowledge of me or my vehicle being repaired by them. Unfortunately for them despite dishonestly removing my paper invoice I have photographic evidence of the invoice and dash cam footage which will be sent to trading standards. Hopefully other people won’t become their victims!!!

This dealership are terrible

This dealership are terrible, they have NO customer service skills, they expect you as the customer to chase them up regarding problems with your car. I am very disappointed with this dealership. I bought a car on finance, which they said had a service, I question that! the car was leaking oil from the engine! They said it was wear and tear, I had it 3 months and hardly drive it anywhere. several months still waiting for the log book for my car. Please, Please if you are getting a car on finance check it’s NOT from this garage

Purchased a kia rio, drove for max of hour and half, the car over heated. The garage did come and give us a courtesy car (if you can call it that, there was dirty socks, underwear, food grinded into the floor, cigarette burns on the seats, struggled getting into first gear…. It was disgusting) but after six hours being stuck on the motorway we were desperate to get food and toilet with our son. The garage took the car back and apparently replaced the radiator, thermostat and water pump and had a driver returning it to us the following Saturday after break down, the car was still over heating so the driver returned it to the garage. The owner refused to call, was trying to do everything via email even telling us that the car wouldn’t be with us on the day it was promised. At this point we had enough as we was not using the ‘courtesy’ car as it was so disgusting! The communication from the garage was a complete joke. We ended up having to fight with them to get our money back, the owner wanted us to hand the courtesy car back, all paperwork we had for the kia without giving us our money, which was never going to happen. They had the car a week, the issues should of been fixed, and the attitude of the owners need severely adjusted! Would advise any body considering this garage to avoid and go elsewhere

Genuinely Terrible Customer Service

Summary: The car we purchased from KRK Motors Ltd was not ready to be driven when they sold it to us, they never called to give an update on the car, they insulted me when I called them for updates, they did eventually repair the car, they drove it an additional 385 miles because they sent the driver in the wrong direction, they stole our phone holder from the car, they lied to my wife and to me over the phone on multiple occasions, they failed to communicate with us when the car was in their care. These are simply the facts.

I purchased a car from KRK Motors Ltd on February 25th and sought to return it March 10th. 15 minutes after driving the car off KRK's lot, the car started thumping and shaking as if it had a flat tyre. The problem seemed to go away part way through the drive, but then reappeared. I was unable to turn back however, because I needed to pick up my child from school. In addition to the thumping and shaking, we discovered that the oil was dangerously overfilled, that coolant was also overfilled, and that the break fluid was below the minimum line of the reservoir. When on the phone to KRK Motors Ltd about these problems, they agreed to take the car back to fix the issues, but insisted that it was our responsibility to bring the car to them. This is in violation of the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 which states that it is the responsibility of the seller to arrange for the return of goods, but we had the car towed back to them using our own breakdown cover. I never received calls from KRK Motors Ltd to update me on the situation. I usually had to call 2 or 3 times before I they would pick up the phone and speak to me. In these phone conversations, the salesman, B. Ali, was often rude and insulting and difficult to work with. He was very polite and friendly before we purchased the car, but this changed when we began having issues with them. KRK Motors Ltd never clearly or accurately described to us what the nature of the problem was or how it was fix and were never able to give us confirmation that there was no lasting damage to the vehicle. In addition, they kept telling us about things that needed repair on the car which they hadn't told us at the time of purchase. These included replacing break pads and replacing the missing fusebox cover which they didn't take responsibility for. When the car was eventually repaired, I was told that it was on it's way to me at 11am. I live a 75 minute drive from KRK Motors Ltd. When it had not yet arrived by 3pm, I called B. Ali again to check on the whereabouts of the car. At this point, I had no confidence in the trustworthiness of KRK Motors Ltd or the vehicle I had purchased from them. I called B. Ali back to inform him that we would like to return the car and receive a refund. He became irrate and immediately began to yell at me and insult me over the phone before hanging up on me. I had told him not to deliver the car as we no longer wanted it, but he refused to listen to me. His driver finally arrived at 5:30pm and tried to force us to take the keys to the vehicle, but we refused as we were set on returning it as I had stated to B. Ali on the phone. The driver complained to us that he had been given the wrong post code by his boss, and had driven the car for 2 hours in the wrong direction, putting an additional 385 miles on the car unnecessarily. Once my wife and I had gone back inside after refusing to take the keys, the driver came back and posted them through our letter box and left. My wife spoke to Kamil, the director of KRK Motors Ltd, on the phone that evening and he said he would give us a refund. However, in response to our email requesting a full refund the following day, he refused stating that we would have to take him to small claims court if we wanted the money back. Having no confidence in KRK Motors Ltd or the car we purchased, we decided to take the car for an independent, full inspection which we paid for out of pocket. As the report from the inspection was good, we are now keeping the car but are seeking compensation from KRK Motors Ltd for the miles carelessly added to our car and for the phone holder that was stolen/removed from the car without our consent or knowledge and never returned.
