UPDATE 2: Two months in, and I still don't have my order. Support is unresponsive or not helpful at all. Next update I do will only come if I actually get my stuff. If it's still on 1 star by the time you're reading this, I still don't have my items

UPDATE: It's been almost a month since my order was confirmed and it still hasn't even shipped. I'll leave this review at 1 star until I can at least get the items I ordered.

Even though their website states that orders typically ship within 2 to 3 business days, mine took more than 10 business days to ship. During this time I repeatedly asked for an update or at least a ballpark on when the package would ship, only to be told it would ship "as soon as possible".

What I noticed is that they simply copy and pasted their policies from another website and then changed the emails (try going to their Contact Information in the website's footer, and click on the text that says "shipping policy" and you'll notice it redirects you to a completely different website that has ad verbatim the same shipping policy).

I only give 1 stars to actual scams, and this isn't it. They actually fulfill the order. It's just overpriced, takes way too much time, and customer service is lacking, albeit well-intentioned.

I feel like I wouldn't mind the extended wait in shipping if they would at least let you know in advance with a solid timeline. But they don't. If you do buy from them and the refund window has passed, either be ready to dispute the charge with your bank, or fill yourself with inhuman levels of patience

Found his item review channel. And since it would be crazy not to be a legal provider of items, i bought 4 items (Pulse Pro 30, TacLite Mini, ClearView Ear Cleaner, AirTrek Pro) for around 150 €. Shipping needed around 3 to 4 Weeks from China to Germany. All items work as shown in his video. Today is July 2025.
I recommend buying from him.

I was unsure which way to go with this review as there’s negatives and positives to my experience.
I ordered the screen protectors, I give these 10/10. They go on so easy and do as they say, if you drop your phone the protector cracks not your actual screen exactly as it should. My original order was returned to sender due to a faulty label, this was mind boggling to me as it had reached my town, but Kya reached out to me to fix this and resent another order out that day, 10 days later it arrived and we were very happy. It wasn’t until I wanted to leave a review that I saw all of these negative reviews and one stood out to be about the price, so I went looking, wish I hadn’t. I found these protectors for £2 each online, I was gobsmacked. Don’t get me wrong, for this quality we're not mad about paying this price, but the price being hiked so high and having us pay stupid postage prices on top just seems like taking the mickey. But the protectors themselves are definitely gold.

This is bulshit its scam i order 1 month ago I didn’t get may package and when icheck for tracking its says that my order return to sender when i talk to them they don’t answer don’t buy this and please everyone report this website

It’s been 1 month since I made my order. It was a pack of 2 tempered glasses. I didn’t get one single email of these people confirming my order and I tried to contact them but got no answer. It’s a scam!!

It’s been over a month. I received a tracking number for china post. It’s had the same status for two weeks. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and got a refund. Don’t bother with this guy. Who the heck wants to wait multiple months to get their cheap Chinese products? I’ve heard nothing back from customer service

I finally received my parcel, and it took almost three weeks because they were waiting for one of the products. However, customer support was excellent; they responded to all of my questions via email. I've tested all the products I purchased, and I’m happy to say that they were all great!

I was very hesitant at first due to the partially negative reviews. However, after ordering, I must say that I cannot relate to the issues that other reviewers have experienced.

Yes, the delivery took quite a while (about 9 days for me), but that was to be expected when ordering products that come mostly directly from the provider.
When my product arrived, there were no issues. The product came exactly as expected and as promised. For the price of the product, the quality was surprisingly good. I ordered the wireless CarPlay tablet, and I'm actually quite surprised with how well it turned out, especially for 50 bucks. I would certainly order again.

Not sure about items quality, but the shipping takes ages
Uses some unknown shipping company the tracking number shows completely different information depends on day I guess, one day it showing it cleared customs and in transit on US, next day it reverted and showing again on custom wait

Anyhow 16 days from the order still nothing yet

I ordered a screen protector, I put it on my phone, and three days later it already had a crack in it, even though it was supposed to be one of the hardest screen protectors on the market, it was expensive and poor quality

The products are as promised and the shipping is of course a little slow. All in all fine and as expected.

Have to say, looking at these reviews I was initially a little concerned about ordering from KYD's..
However I was pleasantly surprised to receive my item in the post yesterday after about 2 weeks in transit from China.

The item is exactly as described, and excellent quality, also the postage was tracked.

This website was created by a content creator known for its 'gold or trash' funny content. It's fun to watch, but the product prices are crazy expensive. For an example the "KaraParty Mini" cost 30 USD, which 9 USD on the website he bought, TaoBao (A Chinese web market that sells cheap products, I saw his parcel labels and I'm 100% sure he bought from there), Stirmate cup cost 20 USD while the actual cost is 2.48 USD. It will be great if the price were reduced because the price is incredibly high and shipping does NOT requires that much money.
