Way overcharged for shipping
The product was correct, but the shipping price was ridiculous considering the method used. No way did it cost $16 to ship UPS ground on such a small/light item. I assumed it would arrive in 2-3 days that's why i paid up for expedited shipping, I feel a little ripped off. Otherwise service was as expected

Thank you for your feedback, Terence. In looking into your order, it was placed on 09/23/2021 at 10:42PM and was shipped promptly on 9/24. Our preferred carrier shipping information was noted prior to checkout and on your receipt with the following information "Preferred Carrier (3-5 Business Days)" Your package arrived on 9/30 at 3pm which was the 4th business day, but we do understand that with a weekend in between waiting on breast pump parts can be difficult! I am sending you a coupon code to your email for free standard shipping on your next order. In reference to the cost, UPS charges for a 1lb minimum so light items are unfortunately not charged less and the cost quoted includes a small handling fee to be moved up in the shipping que. We appreciate your business and your patience!

Completely recommend to all expecting mamas! I was a little skeptic about entire order since I have never heard of company with great pricing for items! I was wrong! I received a shipping label with tracking information right away. I ordered replacement parts for my Mya portable pump and they arrived packaged beautifully with no damage. Super fast shipping, quality product
Super fast shipping, quality product. I was having trouble replacing the duckbills on my Spectra Caracups. I couldn't buy them directly from the vendor (they don't sell them separately!), so I'm so happy I found them on Lactation Connection!

Order from this company for all your breastfeeding needs
I order my ameda mya breastpump bottles from Lactation Connection and they were only under $20. When I looked at amazon for the same pump bottles they were charging a fortune like $35 for two bottles, lids and caps not included and the lids cost extra. This is amazing company and I will use them for all my breast pump needs.

Just what I needed
Just what I needed! Totally took away my pain from using the 24mm and also the 28mm flange while pumping. That size is standard with the spectra! They shipped it out next day. Thank you

The site was easy enough to use but not sleep deprived friendly
The site was easy enough to use. Human error in that I ordered too many Haakaa lids and too large of nursing bra. I didn’t read the return policies and am stuck with them but that’s not the companies fault.

Responsive Customer Service, Quality Products
I recently ordered a breast milk cooler that fit perfectly into my breast pump bag, the product description stated that it came with six bottles, three ice packs, and a cooler. When it arrived the six bottles were missing. I used the contact form on their website to contact customer service inquiring about the missing items and received a very professional response the same day (on a Saturday). I was informed that there are two versions of the cooler, one with bottles and one without, and I must have received the wrong one. They informed me that they would ship the missing piece of the order first thing on Monday. I received the package with the six bottles the following Wednesday, exactly as described.
I chose to use a small business rather than Amazon for this purchase since I have gotten counterfeit or incorrect products from Amazon on unusual purchases before, and despite the initial mistake in shipment I was not disappointed. The customer service at Lactation Connection was fast, professional, and responsive when there was an issue. I was also able to easily find products through the Lactation Connection website that were difficult to find on Amazon (Spectra-specific flanges, certain brands of items) without having to worry whether the items were genuine and of good quality.

Narrow neck bottle adapters for use with breast pump.
These are great. Granddaughter had baby girl 3 weeks ago and her breast pump only fits wide neck bottles , she has narrow neck she needed to use. Buying these narrow neck adapter’s worked out great. Order came very fast and reasonably priced.
