Avoid at all costs
It is truly astounding how terribly the owner treats their customers. I ordered two bottles for my baby, which totaled over $50, and realized after several weeks that they never arrived. When I contacted the company, the owner, Tanya Roberts, informed me that USPS had delivered the package and repeatedly gave me the same canned response to check with the office/manager at my apartment complex. I told her repeatedly that I live on the first floor of a small apartment building, that I work from home and am always here to receive packages -- and that this one never arrived. We do not have an apartment manager or apartment office, so I don't understand why she keeps suggesting this. The owner opened a case with USPS, who of course is not being helpful, and it's now been multiple weeks and I still don't have a resolution. The only way I'm going to get my money back for the items I didn't receive is to file a dispute through my credit card.

The package tracking number 9400111202527848063502 shows delivered, and we promptly began an investigation with USPS once the package was reported not received to us several weeks afterward. This case is still under investigation with USPS and we do apologize for the delay, but we must wait for USPS to give us information before we can re-ship. We understand this is frustrating, but beyond our control to expedite USPS further. In addition, we gave the option of filing a police report after which we could replace the missing package immediately at our expense.

Thank you for sending the pump parts so fast! I ordered pump parts for my spectra 2 at a great price, lower then Amazon and target. They were well packaged and came quickly! Would order from this company again

Love this product, just wish there was an XXS size option
Love this product. I ordered extra small which gets the job done, but I wish there was an extra extra small for those of us who need a little bit smaller than a 15 mm. Product arrived in great condition and no issues with shipping. I would definitely order again if an extra extra small was available

Just like the replacement parts I received from insurance, (though the no nipple for the bottles) but item pictured on page does not have the nipples so order was as described! Would recommend.

Thanks for the review Linda! You are correct while the pump includes bottle nipples, the double replacement kit does not, but if you need them we do sell Spectra bottles with nipples separately as well. We look forward to serving you again soon!

Awesome site and company to order from. I was able to use my FSA card with no issues. I was happy with the products they have, but would appreciate more brands of breast milk bags to choose from. Very impressed with shipping speed. Products arrived to my house in a few days.
