Absolutely shocking quality for a “pillow”
Absolutely shocking. I am so sorry I didn’t read the reviews about this pillow, if you could call it that. Please please read the reviews. It is tiny and for €59 it is just ridiculously expensive. The impression is that it’s Irish but it’s shipped from Thailand

If I could have given zero star rating…
If I could have given zero star rating I would have done. The Pillow gives me terrible neck pain. I was only a few days over the 30 days (not long enough - my mattress has got a 365 refund back policy). Go with QVC where they have 2 months to return items. I got in touch with them & they don't appear to care. They have my money (£56 just for one pillow) & as far as they are concerned that's it. Horrific customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before buying from this company. As everyone else has said, it is a scam. These pillows cost a lot of money and are worth about a £1. I tried complaining but got nowhere. Do not buy from them. They are from Thailand not UK.

Scam site
Oh my goodness must warn you all this is a complete scam site!!!’
The pillow is noting like the pictures on the website. The pillows come from Thailand and not uk as the flag shows .
The quality is terrible so cheaply made.
They have no customer service skills. They email and tell you to send it back to Thailand and you pay for the postage.
Please don’t buy form here!
Maybe buy from Amazon much safer.
Such a shock companies can trade like this.

Masquerading as an UK company
The website misrepresents the company. It shows a UK company. On the opening page, there is a large Union Jack. There is a photo of a western woman on the phone. There is no mention of Thailand. Like others on here I have been scammed as returning the inadequate poor quality pillow would cost a fortune to send to Thailand. There is no mention on their website of having to return anything to Thailand!? I have disputed the charge with AMEX on the basis that the company is dishonest, misleading and untruthful, so hopefully will get a refund from them.

Bought a pillow for my neck/shoulder…
Bought a pillow specifically for my neck/shoulder pain which gives me awful headaches. I am a side sleeper. This company says you can have a 30 day trial of the pillow. The pillow didn't help my condition at all the pillow is too soft to support my neck so is of no use to me. They don't mention that if you return - - you have to return the pillow to Thailand. Costs more to return than the pillow cost. SCAMMERS

Complete scammers. I'm usually so savvy but in a lapse in concentration I ordered from these to the tune of £55. Arrived and it's utter rubbish. Was for my daughter but I wouldn't even put my own head on it. Company presents itself as British - it's not its in Thailand and whilst they claim they have a money back guarantee its all lies as they sting you by making you mail it back to Thailand and all kinds of fees on top. Complete dishonest thieves!

Had best nights sleep for months using these latex pillows. Dunlop latex pillows are the best I’ve used. They arrived quickly and customer service team were helpful with my initial enquiry. Will be buying more for family and friends.

High quality latex pillow
I have used latex pillows for many years and this pillow is very good quality. There are other more expensive brand options but this one is very reasonably priced for the quality.

Very comfortable natural latex pillows …
Received the pillows 3 days after placing the order and very happy with them. The latex foam is supportive but soft enough to be comfortable. I have allergies and these natural latex pillows are perfect.

This is a SCAM: you'll even get charged for cancelling
I am suffering from really bad sleep and desperate to get a pillow. I ordered one as there was a 30-day sleep trail with the pillow. BUT then I saw the scam when I went to the returns page. Now they will accept the cancellation of my order but they charge me £4.50 just for having made the mistake of falling into their trap... BEWARE OF SUCH INTERNET SCAM COMPANIES
If you want a latex pillow from Thailand, you can get it on Temu for less than half the price on this scam site with no promises of 30 day trial.

Wonderful pillow
Wonderful pillow! Offers great support for my neck and the latex foam is so much more durable than my old memory foam pillows. Customer service was also great answering my questions prior to placing the order.

Scam company
Scam company. Bought an expensive pillow from them with their "30 day money back guarantee". Pillow was too hard, so no good for me. Tried to return the pillow after less than a week. Company told me I had to return it to Thailand at my cost and I was responsible for tracking the package.
Company has a UK website, a UK address and a UK flag on the website.
Complete scam and misleading, if not false, advertising.
Obviously no intention of honouring the 30 day refund policy.
Use these scammers at your own risk.

DO NOT USE this extremely misleading website. It advertises with a UK website address and a UK office, offering you a 30 day returns policy if you're not happy with your purchase. However, if you ask to return something, the return address is in Thailand and you have to pay and take responsibility for tracking. So they know people won't bother. An absolutely disgraceful way to do business, and should be illegal. I will be reporting them to trading standards.
