Amazing service. I needed a suit cleaned for a wedding ASAP because I sat on a very dirty wall at the wedding I was previously at. Laundrie made everything really easy for me and I had it back in perfect condition within 24 hours. Will definitely use it again

Laundrie is an excellent laundry business and Im happy Im sending my clothes there. They come back looking new every time.

We've been using Laundrie for years without any issue. Recently gave a suit for dry cleaning which came back with literal holes all over the trousers. When we reported it, the owner himself replied with lies about the trousers having arrived damaged when they collected it. We check each item before sending it and it was perfectly fine when it was collected. And if it really was damaged, why not return it as is. Why would you attempt to clean damaged trousers? Such a terrible way to handle a complaint and thank you for damaging a €400 suit. The owner Evan could use a few lessons on customer service.

The first time I used this company they were great. The second time their customer service was appalling. I weighed my laundry, it was 13kg. I contacted Evan and asked could I add another bag, he said no problem. The second bag was 6kg. Total came to 19kg before it was collected. The laundry came back and I saw that I was charged for 22kg. I weighed it and there was only 19kg. I contacted Evan and explained what happened. He initially apologised then proceeded to charge my credit card for the 22kg. I asked him to amend the charge as it was incorrect, I received no response and the charge went through on my credit card for 22kg.

Just got back my Canada Goose jacket and it looks like new. I've had it 3 years and it's the first time I've had it cleaned as I was worried about it. Going to send in all my coats after seeing how good a job they've done!!

Used these guys a few times without any issue,then in August we had a problem.
I sent 3 bags of clothes to be washed and folded. Half of one bag came back with something white and sticky melted onto it (I didnt have any printed shirts etc.. in any of the bags)and another item(a babies coat) was torn.i contacted them and in fairness they came back the next day and took them to be rewashed and that's when customer service became abysmal. They charged me again to rewash them. If I didnt keep an eye on my bank account they would have gotten away with that extra charge, they refunded that money when I complained. I left it a few days before contacting them,I emailed Evan the owner, initially he said he would contact his insurance about compensation but in his next email he blamed me for putting something in the bag (doesn't explain the ripped coat). The bag contained mostly childrens clothes so Evan then suggested my son may have put chewing gum in the bag or pockets(my son is 1years old ,so no that didnt happen).I waited nearly a month before someone answered my last email(they still had my clothes)and I think it was only answered because I threatened court proceedings. Evan then emailed saying most of the clothes are ok and he would have them delivered, no apologies nothing.
When they came back only 4 items where clean the rest still had white sticky Mark's on them (the coat was sewn though).
I will never use these guys again which is a pity because it's such a handy service.
They are great until something goes wrong then they will shift blame and ignore you.
Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Being disabled, and no washing machine, i would be lost without the wonderful service that Laundrie provides. The staff are always helpful polite and spot on time. Keep up this fantastic service!
