Laundrie Avis 

I have become increasingly disappointed with the cleaning of my clothes by Laundr.ie.

I tend to get 4 or 5 dresses cleaned at a time and, as I might not wear them for a while, there is a delay between delivery and me noticing that the cleaning job hasn’t been thorough enough – hence my lack of complaints to date.

I get the sense that the dresses are not being actually dry cleaned, more just pressed. I have a cream dress that has got steadily dirtier through the summer. The dirt, at this stage, is ingrained in it and I don’t know that I will ever be able to bring it back to the state that it should be in. I will send it to Craft Cleaners, on Baggot Street, and see what they can do.

It is a pity that this has started as I was a great advocate of your service and have recommended it to many people.

Excellent service will definitely use again

I have been a customer of Laundrie.ie for a few years now and have never had an issue with collection, delivery or quality of service. The collection and delivery times are always adhered to and the friendliness and politeness of the employees who call to my door is really so good. My laundry is always returned perfectly done and I have never had occasion to be disappointed.
I have recommended Laundrie.ie to several friends with the confidence that they wouldn’t be disappointed and they haven’t been!

This is the best choice for pickup/delivery laundry service in Dublin. I've used laundry services around the world (I visit Dublin maybe once a year), and this is the slickest app I've seen, combined with excellent customer service. I wish they'd expand to the rest of the world.

The only criticism I have is that occasionally delivery has been an hour before or after the specified window.
