Perfect service with a brilliant app
Perfect service with a brilliant app. Clothes are picked up and returned bang on time and the one time there was a delay in picking up I received a phone call well in advance. The clothes are well washed and folded and the ironed business shirts are perfect. Well done!

Reliable service & friendly staff
I’ve been using Laundrie since they began operating in Dublin. Service has always been extremely reliable from day one. The drivers arrive with a smile on their face and clothes are dropped back at the agreed time.
Working long hours means this is a service I can no longer go without.

My last pick up service was fine
My last pick up service was fine. The ordering , collection and delivery is excellent.
The reason I gave a 4 star as opposed to a 5 star:
On three occasions my shirts have returned back either dirty or marked. I sent emails and was acknowledged but that was it.
I use the service on average twice a month spending approx e55 p.m
I have never received a discount for being loyal or referring others to use the service.

Excellent job on a big clean-out wash as we moved. Picked up from the old apartment and dropped back to the new. Great service.

Collection and delivery are within the scheduled times. Staff are very polite and helpful. Clothes and towels perfectly clean. Have used wash and fold and dry clean- all fantastic. Highly recommend!
