Hi guys - service is great, flexibility great, quality of cleaning great. My only complaint is the level of unrecyclable materials involved. I hand back hangers anytime I can so I do hope they are re-used but it should be encouraged!! Also plastic wrapping has got to go - we get so much and it’s binned every week - reusable shirt and suit bags?! I have loads?? Thanks!

Fast and efficient service. Really convenient for those evenings you can't make it to the dry cleaner, and seeing as the prices are basically the same, why would you bother carrying your dry cleaning down the street anymore?

Great Service. Everything went exactly as planned except I was charged a little more than was estimated when I entered my info into the app but in fairness I didn't weigh my washing before so I had to guess how much I was giving in.

Such great service. Been using them for a while and they have been great everytime. Hassle free booking on line and if you contact them they get back to you immediately. These guys go above and beyond. Recommend 100%!

I am a repeat customer and every time I get this service it's perfect. Cheaper than many dry cleaners and laundrettes both locally and near my offices. I can't believe the dry cleaners are still in business, I guess people just haven't heard of the app yet?

Great service and good rates. Overall positive experience if it wasn't that they promised a first 10€ discount which was not applied when the card was debited, a few days after the service was completed.

Their service is not bad, their partners are!
I gave them 10 shirts and when I got them delivered back, in 3 of them were missing buttons, on the sleeves and on the neck. When I got back to them to tell what happened their only answer was: "We are sorry"

Instead of being sorry, a good customer focused company would take them back and fix them!

I decided to give Laundrie a try as I received a flyer through my door, honestly I couldn't be happier! The main reasons I enjoyed the service was the ease of use, convenience and quality. My shirts came back nicely pressed and the rest of my laundry was folded and separated. Oh and my driver was really helpful as well. Give these guys a try if you don't like going to the dry cleaners.
