I have been using Laundry Republic for almost twelve months. In that time, I have consistently enjoyed excellent service. Pick-ups are prompt, the laundry and ironing is of good quality and the return is always on time.

Laundry Republic deal with customer mistake over returned laundry straight away returned
Returned wrong article.
As it turns out, this was not the case.
Laundry Republic responded quickly to the problem.
After further investigation, turns out it was our article but during the the laundry process, the stripes in our product got pressed out. The problem was really with the quality of the product we sent to the laundry.
Well done Laundry Republic for addressing the problem straight away!

Disappointing experience
Having used laundry republic for a number of years I was disappointed to find that my latest experience was disappointing with several clothing items badly laundered and one cherished item shrunk presumably because cold water was not used in the washing despite clear garment intstructions
