Kitchen/living room vinyl cut short had to have a patch fitted,hallway vinyl was meant to pattern up with the living room which we paid extra for but did not match,received £100 for patching the living room,should be paid back the extra cost we paid for the mismatch.a very unhappy pensioner.

Hi, the guys did a good job, but the price I thought was a bit high, after getting the flooring layed, I got another quote from another company, who said that they would have done the same job for£56

Fantastic experience
We honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience with Lazy Carpets. Steph was brilliant from the start, helping us decide which wood and style to go for. She was really friendly, helpful and patient, and made choosing the flooring so much easier.
Andy and Lucas then did an amazing job fitting the laminate flooring throughout our upstairs and on the stairs. The finish is absolutely immaculate and has completely transformed the upstairs of our house.
We have a baby at home, so we were quite conscious about noise, dust and disruption, but Andy and Lucas were incredibly considerate throughout. They were both really friendly, down-to-earth and lovely to have around.
They were also really helpful with moving furniture, which was a huge help and something they really didn’t have to do.
The quality of the work is fantastic and they clearly take pride in what they do. From Steph helping us choose the flooring to Andy and Lucas fitting it so perfectly, the whole experience has been brilliant.
We genuinely couldn’t be happier with the result and would 100% recommend Lazy Carpets. Great people, brilliant service and fantastic workmanship! Thank you so much, Steph, Andy and Lucas!

Fitters were absolutely amazing ,they got here with no floor plan and wasn’t sure how he was going to do as it was a lot bigger job to what he was told ,but the lad did and and it look absolutely lovely,and the lads were nice and polite and very professional

Our flat finally feels like home. Brilliant from start to finish!
We could not be happier with Lazy Carpets.
Ian came out to measure up and talk through our options. As someone who knows next to nothing about flooring, I was so relieved by how patient he was with all my questions. There was no pushy sales pitch whatsoever, just honest advice, and he put us at ease straight away. To top it off, the quote came in noticeably cheaper than the other companies we looked at.
Mark arrived to do the fitting and was fantastic. He turned up bang on time, cracked on with the work quickly, and was polite and tidy the entire morning.
The finish is stunning and has completely transformed our flat into such a cosy, welcoming space.
If you are looking for great prices, lovely people, and proper craftsmanship, I cannot recommend them enough.
