Used LCE quite a few times over the last 5 years and they offer a great service. They have always communicated very effectively and kept me informed at every step for my online transactions. I phoned the local branch to ask if a certain camera and lens were in stock, they advised they were not but they sourced them from another location and I received them the next day. Brilliant service.

I purchased Olympus 40-150 Pro at a very good price. Package arrived very well protected and the lens, which was not boxed, arrived as described in excellent condition.

I wish purchased Olympus 12-40 Pro lens and used the financial option V12 finance.... Once lens arrived and after testing. I paid off in full. All easy to do over phone.

They had the lens in stock and at a sale price, all good. Then my card had a bad chip so wouldn't read. Had to return to computer and pay online. Didn't have time to walk back to the shop so had to have it posted the ¼ mile to me. Frustrating and time consuming but not London Cameras Exchanges fault. (Replacement card arrived week latter).

I bought a used lens. It was extremely well packed, dispatched quickly, and if anything is in better condition than was described. It's reassuring to buy from a legitimate business, and LCE's prices in this case compared favourably with going rates on eBay. I'm very satisfied, and fully expect to be a repeat customer.
