Really pleased with the secondhand…
Really pleased with the secondhand lens. It was in excellent condition and arrived promptly. Easy to use website which enabled comparison of similar lenses across all LCE shops.

Great service, great product, speedy delivery
Bought a second hand camera , found which branch it was at, talked to a really helpful young man in Derby, who got the camera out and checked it and answered questions whilst we talked on the phone. Expedited the deliver and even phoned me back to say they had got it on that days delivery pickup. Product itself all boxed , no different to buying it new, Brilliant.

First time I have purchased used…
First time I have purchased used photographic gear without first viewing and the experience was made far less anxiety provoking thanks to some initial contact with the excellent Sammi from the outlet in Bath. I subsequently purchased on line from the Derby store and felt far more confident in doing so. The used lens arrived promptly and very well packaged. It had been described as ‘good’ condition but I would have called it very good condition. Thank you very much

I was looking to sell my second hand camera
I was looking to sell my second hand camera to a reputable buyer and sought out London Camera Exchange, who I had used before. They gave me a very fair valuation and handled the process very professionally and with customer satisfaction in mind. As a result I was very satisfied with the agreed price and received my funds promptly. Communication was excellent throughout and I would recommend London Camera Exchange.

Thank you for leaving us a review. We have investigated your complaint and it appears that the goods were set aside for several weeks without any further contact and without a deposit being paid. Unfortunately, without a deposit we are unable to reserve items for extended periods of time, so the camera was returned to the original branch.
For future reference, to secure a camera a deposit will need to be made.
