Packing for expensive lens poor
I puchased a used expnsive lens on-line from this location (Derby). The lens did not have the original box, which I expected and was happy to accept. When the package arrived, the lens appears to be o.k and the box in which it was posted was strong enough. However the packing inside the shipping box was poor, consisting only of screwed up brown paper. I expected better.
Apart from this issue, I was content to buy on-line from London Camera Exchange as I use my local store often.

Great value camera with fantastic service.
I’m extremely happy with the Canon camera body that I bought. It looks like new and is complete with the original box and packaging. Fantastic value for money
It was delivered very quickly and was in excellent condition.

Great little business

A long way from me in south…
A long way from me in south Oxfordshire, but it always feels like LCE is a close neighbour; helpful staff, responsive to email enquiries. Goods always well packaged and swiftly delivered. Just how all 'shops' should be, great customer service!

It is very rare in these enlightened times to find a Company where customer service is as it once was. This Company and especially this branch have it in spades. Nothing was too much trouble.
