All went well except the delivery was not secure
All went well except that the delivery company left the box by the side door when we were out (with a picture of it there) rather than a picture of someone taking it with an open door which is what LCE said would be the case. At least the delivery company left it by the side door rather than the front door which is close to the street.

A great experience
Very knowledgeable, patient and friendly in their hospitality in helping me source a tripod. Although a week later I needed to return it as I sourced a different model from their online store. Thanks goodness they were understanding about this. Cheers gents

Great service from the Reading store
Great service from the Reading store! I enquired about a trade-in of my 2002 Nikon but Andy pointed out that it was too old, as I expected. He did however allow me a discount on my purchase.
I bought two memory cards at the same time and, although these came from a different store, the camera and cards were delivered next day at the appointed time.
