Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our replacement policy applies when the lead contains incorrect or invalid contact information or does not meet the agreed criteria. If the phone number/email is valid and the lead matches the requested targeting, we cannot replace it simply because the prospect chose not to respond. Response rates depend on many factors, including timing, messaging, and follow-up.
If you have specific leads you believe contain incorrect information, please send them to us and we’ll gladly review them.

I have received some custom leads this morning from mortgage and refinance verticals. I still have to check the quality but these are real-time leads, I'm hoping for the best.
