Help given was useful. Constant retpeated breakdown of lifts causing imobile occupants to be stranded for days.
Help given was useful, Less urgent defaults have been attended to, however not the most important from the risks and fire hazzard point of view.
Occupants with mobility problems stranded repeatedly for days.

I had asked for specific advice about…repairs to a roof
An underwhelming experience, I had asked for specific advice about the application of the Building Safety Act to the problem. The advisor had nothing to say about this - apart from organising another consultation - and provided a general overview of possible next steps (which were so general, I already knew them). At least the advisor phoned at the right time.

I left the consultation feeling more confused than when I arrived. The session felt rushed, and I did not feel my concerns were fully explored. The advice given did not appear to have a clear legal basis, leaving me without the clarity and confidence I was hoping to gain.

Clarity and Real Support
Leasehold Advisory Service is a lifeline in the treacherous minefield that is apartment living. (although, really, it is amazing there is need for this service. the problems we take to them simply should not exist. I dont understand how they do)

Utterly pointless
I would give it zero- like every government agency-completely pointless and useless. May as well not bother. They don’t call you even though you book a slot and offer nothing of value. Should be closed down.

Little expertise and unacceptable behaviour
The advice received was very basic and not more than I could have found out through search online or chatGPT. The staff did not seem well trained or knowlegeable about leasehold, beyond the basics. The conduct of the Chair (Martin Boyd) towards me personally has been apalling and think there is a massive conflict of interest in him being head of LAS (which is essentially a QUANGO) and being a director of LKP, an organisation supposedly independent of government, campaigning for leaseholders' rights/leaseholder reform but which also acts as 'secretariat for the group of MPs who support leasehold reform.
