Ripped Jacket Received - No Support Available
Received a new leather jacket from LeatherUP and it has a tear in it. Tried to use the link in their email for returns and it leads to a 404 error, page not found. So went to their site and found a link to their Return Portal. Filled out the form on 1/12/22 and never received an email notification stating they received my request. Sent an email to their customer support email two days ago asking for an update and have not had a reply yet.
Ultimately I do not want an exchange and only want my money back as the jacket arrived damaged and now I have no faith in LeatherUp to provide any level of customer support. Oh, the return also requires I pay for return shipping even after receiving a damaged jacket.
Bad policies
Bought a rain suite after making contact about sizing and was told to just use their rain suite size chart. When the product arrived it was not true to size was way to small. Wanted to exchange the suite for the correct size after a week got a message that it was not available. The problem was with my refund as they only returned about 70%. I would understand if any of this was not related to their miss information.
Bunch of scammers
Bunch of scammers. They are also liars too. I have a brand new boots that I’m unfortunately selling on eBay because of this company. They won’t take it back cause of it not having the box. Won’t even charge a restock fee. They just won’t work with you. You can tell them what ever and explain to them what your issue is and they could care less. One lady lied to me and said she issued a refund after I told her that my exchange was taking super long and no one was answering my emails for the past week asking why it was taking so long and that it’s been over a month and still no boots. So
I told her to forget about the order cause this experience made me not want the boots anymore and that I wanted to cancel the order and a refund due to poor handling of my situation. She apologized and then said ok I have canceled the order and that I should see the refund back to me in 2 days. Well 5 days had past and I looked at my bank account and still no refund. Then that same day not only do I get an email from them that they won’t take brand new boots back without the box which is ridiculous because I know damn well they have boxes. But I also get the same boots I sent back that didn’t fit me in the first place. When I made a complaint with the better business bureau, the company responded to my complaint stating again they won’t take it back without the box but also had the audacity to lie and say the boots were used. I never wore these boots out side at all! I called them out again for also being liars in the BBB website. Guys it’s up to you if you want to buy from these people. You might be lucky and have a better experience but please be careful. They also will not offer you military discounts either if you’re a vet. Do yourself a favor and first look at other much better companies. They will be nicer to you and work with you and will respond right away. Look into Revzilla, Retro Bike Gear or Tobacco motor wear or The first manufacturing Co. These all got better selections and better customer service. Believe me I’ll never shop from leather up again. I’ll also let my biker friends know and any other biker i meet not to do business with them.
My items got lost or stolen
My items got lost or stolen, and after selling me insurance just for this type of issues, they did everything not to honor it, and now I'm out of $600. Shame.

LeatherUp is not Canadian or North American, worst internet shopping experience I have ever had. Will not buy from them again. When I placed order I received a call within half hour to confirm my address, this call was from overseas... After order it was 2 weeks before the tracking number became valid, many calls and automated email replies trying to sort this out... The jacket finally arrived and it was way to big, still trying to return. Complete radio silence from LeatherUp, once they have your money they don't give a sh.t. I ordered from Canada as the website looks Canadian, not so. Their hassle free return is anything but! I will never see a refund. Stay away from LeatherUp, This is $450 loss I will have to right off as a huge mistake. A complete waste of time and money.

December 17,2021 ordered a ridding jacket and a pair of glovers. Ridding jacket, Milwaukee Leather MPM1730 Men's Black Textile Jacket with Reflective Skulls. Jacket and gloves come in looks great fits good. Time to ride! Wear the jacket no more then five times globe are good, because this is Colorado and no snow yet. So Now January 15,2021 comes and I noticed that the jacket is coming apart. So I call a few different places about it and all I get is the run around. Finally I talked to someone about it send pics and her nothing back for a few weeks. Now it’s time to call them back February 02,2022. She tells me to send her pics and what is happening. So I do then I get a call the next day answer a few questions. A once again now we here nothing for a few weeks. Now it brings us to today February 21,2022. I call back and she tells me that the manufacturer says it wear. WHAT? Wear how is this wear in three months. I DO NOT THINK SO. Then she tells me all get back to you when we here something. So when can I expect to get a call. She tells me I don’t no. So I give this company/manufacture who ever they are. One star because they are No help in fixing a jacket that I have had for three months now. This is garbage Quality and the customer service is not good. So if you order anything be careful the quality may not be what you want.

Not real impressed with this place
Not real impressed with this place as far as womens jackets are concerned. I order an xl and the sleeves would not fit my arms, granted I am muscular. So I ordered a 2xl and the same thing the arms are way to tight and so then I ordered a med in mens, waiiting on it. But my problem is that they have changed me 2 times now for the $11.99 to return the jackets. I am to say the least not happy. After this I will NOT buy anythnig from them again.

Leatherup is a scam, if you need to return something, good luck. If you need to change your order, good luck. I sent three emails to cancel my order, tried several times to call various departments, even sales, nobody answers the phones. Unable to leave a message. Order was cancelled Sunday, today, three days later, order was shipped. Incompetent.
Terrible customer service
Bought boots and a riding jacket. Unfortunately hospitalized for 6 weeks with unexpected surgeries and missed the 30 exchange window. Asked to exchange with a smaller size, offered to pay the 11.99 fee PLUS the return shipping. After three emails my reply was an astounding no. Definitely not a way to find a new lifelong customer "Tyler" had to follow the no with request denied in caps like I am trying to get something for nothing. See below. Wonderful customer service.

They have horrible customer service. My package never came. Contacted them about it heard back over a week later. The day before I head out of the country for three weeks. So I tell them to refund my money and back to not hearing anything from them
