I don't have what I ordered ,tracking said its out for delivery on the 6th still hasn't turned up.

Thank you for your reviews despite you giving us but one star.
You say you base your review on it not having been delivered yet.
We just looked up your order and while we shipped it out one day after you having placed the order; indeed up until this day the parcel has not been delivered.
However we've send you extended tracking information linking also to FedEx'direct trackin page giving you daily updates on the delivery.
If anything is wrong or gets stuck for too long you can contact either FedEx or us to provide you assistance. It seems neither one has been contacted so far.
You have just left this review but in such a case we advise our customers to contact us directly at info@legendurn.co.uk .
We will contact FedEx and put you in cc of the e-mail to request a quick delivery of your parcel.

Good customer service
Contacted Legend urn following another company selling me an urn which was unsuitable. Legend urn answered all my concerns regarding the size of the urn and they were very polite and professional when I contacted them for an update on the order.
The urn arrived well packaged and exactly as expected.

Customer service was very good
Customer service was very good, the product not so much, at the price it should come with a sealable urn not a small bit of ceramic flat plate on the bottom

Thank you for your review.
The flat ceramic plate you mention is the lid of the urn that needs to be glued in place after having filled the urn.
A lot of urns are made of ceramic. As it requires to be baked in ovens multiple times, adding a sealable lid or screcap is ot possible due to the properties if ceramic.
Hence every ceramic urn on the market has an opening with a lid that needs to be glued in place.
This is a characteristic for each ceramic urn. And that's why we sell the sealing kits and glue on our webshop as well.
