What an amazing experience with leisure lake bike the staff are super friendly helping you out with your cycling needs. I'm a colleague that works for this go outdoors store and I need my bike to get me back and forth from home to work. My bike had problems with the back bearings and needed a replacement wheel for my bike. Leisure lakes was super nice and lended me a temporary bike for the time being whilst my bike was in for repairs and to the whole leisure lakes team I owe you a huge thanks.

Alex was brilliant, I’d already ordered the bike in to the bedford branch and as soon as it was there Alex contacted me and helped me all the way through with my 9 year old son. He had my son test ride the bike and set it up to his needs, this included trimming the handlebars and seat post down and setting the preload on the suspension etc all free of charge, also done us a deal on some pedals. Everyone is happy so thanks very much. Thanks to the other sales staff for sorting the finance side of things. 👌

I just wanted to pass on my appreciation to the bike tech/service department at GoOutdoors in Bedford.

Particularly the customer service from Alex & Luke was outstanding.

I had recently purchased a Calibre Line T3 on the website and had partially built my new bike at home. However, I needed help fitting the dropper post as I had no experience in this and didn’t want to balls it up!

After initially calling ahead, I was told to bring my bike in at short notice, with no need to book ahead.

Alex & Luke were quick to get to grips with my bike, and had the dropper post sorted in no time. Alex took it upon himself to get me set up on the bike, fine tuning my suspension settings and generally passing on great advice. His passion for biking clearly shines through!

No job was too big for Alex and he went above and beyond to make sure I’d have a decent bike setup. His attention to detail and wealth of experience and knowledge is an asset to your company.

Please pass this on to any managers and the staff members, as these lads are incredibly talented and on top of their game!
