I can’t recommend the team at Leisure Lakes Bikes in Bedford highly enough. From start to finish the customer service was absolutely outstanding and they made the whole process incredibly easy.

I purchased my bike through the Cycle to Work scheme and their knowledge of how the scheme works was excellent. They guided me through every stage, answered all of my questions and made what could have been a complicated process feel completely straightforward.

Their knowledge doesn’t stop there either. The advice they gave me around the bikes themselves, upgraded parts and accessories was genuinely impressive. They took the time to talk me through all of the different options available, listened to what I was looking for and gave me really helpful, knowledgeable advice without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.

What impressed me most, though, was the level of customer service. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and the team genuinely went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and confident with my choice. Thanks to their advice, I ended up with a bike that I’m absolutely delighted with.

It’s rare to find this combination of expert knowledge, genuine enthusiasm and exceptional customer service. I’ll definitely be returning to Leisure Lakes Bikes Bedford in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new bike, accessories or help with the Cycle to Work scheme.

I ordered a bike and helmet online through click and collect at my local store in Bedford. From the day I made the order I was kept up to date by text as of its progress and when my items could be collected. On collection I was served by Julian, and he was extremely helpful throughout the handover process. My wife was looking for sizing for a new bike which he accommodated and advised and helped me getting the front wheel off my new bike to get it into the car as it was my first time using a through axel. Bike was well set up, had it just over a month now and it is bedding in nicely. Only had to do a minor tweak on the derailleur as things move about and settle. Even if you know nothing about bikes, you get a free 6 week+ service anyway. Great stuff. Highly recommend.

Great place for all ages, facilities good and very friendly as well very safe ,and emergency service was spot on in dealing with bikers incidents.

Brilliant service yet again at LLB (Go outdoors site) in Bedford. Went for puncture repair but everything was looked over whilst I was there (lights, brakes, etc) Job wasn’t rushed and a fair price considering inflation. Wouldn’t take my bike anywhere else.
